She and Jon, who divorced in 2009, are also the parents of 22-year-old twins — Madelyn and Cara.
While Jon is estranged from the college students, as well as Aaden, Joel, Alexis and Leah, he maintains a close bond with Collin and Hannah.
Jon has shared his hopes for reconciliation on multiple occasions, telling the US Sun in April that his kids “may want to reach out” in their adulthood.
“My door has always been open for them,” Jon said at the time, going on to accuse Kate of keeping him from the little ones.
“I didn’t do parental alienation on my side but she definitely did on her side,” he explained, “But now they are adults they may not be influenced as much by her, and management and all those things.”
Collin, after not speaking to his siblings for “five or six years,” told “Entertainment Tonight” in November 2022 that is open to reuniting and catching “up on the time that [they] lost.”
He called his estrangement from Kate “unfortunate” in the interview but clarified that he is “doing very well” without the “Kate Plus Date” alum in his life.
