Stacey Solomon has given fans a peek inside her gorgeous green utility transformation and revealed how it brought her close to tears.

The 31 year old, who was recently treated to a stunning pink baby shower with close friend Mrs Hinch and her fellow Loose Women panellists, gave a look inside the stunning space after downsizing her hallway at the £1.2million Essex home.

Opening the large oak door into the utility, Stacey panned to the blank canvas, captioned: "The utility on the other hand has been coming a long so quickly and I'm so so happy with it.

"The people working on it with us are incredible and so hard working and just so talented. The units are in and today the tiles are going in."

The pregnant TV star then opened the door onto the renovated space which had gorgeous mint green units and state-of-the-art appliances including a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Meanwhile Stacey, who is expecting her fourth child and first baby girl with fiancé Joe Swash, 39, revealed how she could not wait to get stuck in.

She wrote: "It makes me so excited to put a load on. I can't wait to put the handles in and the wall tiles and will be done today."

The red-headed beauty has designed a very practical space featuring storage for shoes which will be perfect for her boys Zachary, 13, Leighton, nine, and two year old Rex.

Elsewhere one wall has been entirely covered with floor-to-ceiling cupboards, presumably to store large items such as mops and hang coats.

Stacey also gave a peek of her traditional farmhouse sink which perfectly complements the wooden beams of the Tudor-style home.

We can see that the mum-of-three has opted for gorgeous white brick tiles which have been laid in a chic herringbone style.

The beauty revealed how the sleek new tiles made her emotional in the snap, captioned: "OMG I don't know why this excites me so much but I could cry."

Stacey also gave her 4.6million followers an explanation over some design features in the utility including metal pegs for floating shelves.

Showing two empty spaces in the units, Stacey said: "These two holes are for Theo and Peanut's dog beds! I wanted to make them their own little section where all their bits could go in the drawer! I am so excited about this!"

It comes after Stacey, who previously had a pink utility room at her former home, revealed that she and her fiancé Joe had decided that the soon-to-be family-of-six 'do way more washing than welcoming' so downsized their hallway for a laundry room.
