Khloé Kardashian has taken to Instagram to share her gruelling workout regime with her 305 million Instagram followers.
The 38 year old, who is known for hitting the gym very regularly, posted a video to her grid accompanied by the breakdown of the routine – which, by the way, looked incredibly hardcore and not for the faint hearted.
While the reality star looked as if she barely even broke a sweat, she revealed that her trainer, Donamatrix – who is a renowned celeb fitness guru – pushes her to her limit and beyond.
“Don does a magic potion on people where he abuses you and then you call him back and then you pay him,” she joked.
“I don't know what special power he has, but this guy is a lunatic and I keep calling him back.”
Of course, a Kardashian-Jenner workout video wouldn’t be complete without the famous sisters looking as glam as ever – a far stretch from what the majority of us look like after a spin class.
As the Good American founder completed her stretches and warm-ups before the big session, she was seen donning her usual Barbiecore style but-make-it-workout look.
The mum of two wore an all-pink ensemble that consisted of a Nike sports bra, a Fabletics long sleeve top, gym leggings and matching pink trainers, all accessorised with two sparkly necklaces and a natural makeup look.
She chatted to the camera for a while before cutting to different sections of the gym sesh, and even introduced her sweet grey cat who had come to see what all the commotion was about.
“I am warming up, bracing myself, cos Don gets a little crazy,” Khloé admitted, as she filmed herself walking on the treadmill.
“I’m just doing some light walking until Don decides to torture me,” she added, before flipping the camera to show her trainer gearing her up.
“Let the games begin,” he teased.
In the IG caption, the influencer detailed each quarter of the workout, including the overtime that she completed.
While the first quarter appears to be less severe (we’re talking three sets of the “Bosu Ball Power Knee Exercise w/ Ankle Resistance Bands”), as the routine progresses, so does the intensity of the exercises.
For example, Khloé revealed quarter three entails three sets of “Curtsy Lunge to jump step up,” with 20 reps for each leg. She even explained the activity in detail for those who may want to try it at home.
“Start in a curtsy, one leg behind the other,” she typed.
“Push up through the front leg to stand up on top of the ball with the back leg. Return to start. This will get your heart rate up while working your lower body and core due to the bosu ball being unstable.”
The reality star did this for each of the workouts, even describing which part of the body the exercise enhances. Plus, adding her suggestions for those who may be trying any of them for the first time.
Khloé ended the video with a sweet cameo from her young daughter True, five, who she co-parents with her ex partner, Tristan Thompson.
“Ladies and gentlemen, the most beautiful girl in the world,” she gushed, before planting a kiss on the little one’s cheek.
And with series three of The Kardashians nearly upon us, it's highly likely we'll see more fitness content from the stars very soon.
