She has “XXPEN$IVE” taste in men.
Erika Jayne, who has re-entered the dating pool amid her divorce from Tom Girardi, admitted that she’s looking for a man who’s got deep pockets.
“I think every girl, you know, likes a guy with money,” Jayne, 50, recently told TMZ.
She added that the most important quality for a man to have is intelligence and while she’s not too concerned with age, she said she would never date anyone younger than 25 years old.
As for whether or not she’s actually dating, Jayne told the website, “Not a soul. I’m dating myself,” but also quipped, “I’m never not dating.”
Last week, reports surfaced that Jayne — who filed to divorce Girardi, 82, after 21 years of marriage in November 2020 — began dating again about a month ago and has been seeing all types of guys. She is reportedly not using any dating apps to find love but instead has had friends set her up with men.
Finding a man with money isn’t such a bad idea for Jayne considering she is currently being sued for $25 million by the trustee handling the bankruptcy case for Girardi’s former law firm, Girardi Keese.
In late 2020, the estranged couple was accused of embezzling funds meant for victims represented by the firm, including the families of those killed in 2018’s Lion Air Flight 610 crash. She has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.
Jayne also recently claimed that the disgraced attorney had controlled her finances throughout their union.
“I gave every paycheck to my husband,” she told Andy Cohen during part two of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Season 11 reunion last week, adding, “I’ve handed every paycheck I’ve ever made over.”
Jayne makes close to $600,000 a season, according to the New York Times.
Meanwhile, Girardi is currently living in a senior home while battling Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
