Dancing on Ice betting odds: Bet on the Dancing on Ice 2023 winner | The Sun

DANCING ON ICE returns to our screens this Sunday night.

The fifteenth series of the show looks set to be one of the most star-studded yet, with a whole host of celebrities lining up to take to the ice.

Soap royalty, an ex Premier-League striker, and a Love Island winner are among the 11 contestants announced. While we have not seen any of these stars on the ice yet, there is plenty of evidence to suggest who is likely to deliver and who isn’t.

In this Dancing on Ice betting guide, we’re going to take a look at the early odds and determine which star looks most likely to be crowned Dancing on Ice Champion 2023.

Dancing on Ice 2023 favourites

There are three clear frontrunners to win Dancing on Ice 2023. Former gymnast and Olympic bronze medalist, Nile Wilson is narrowly out in front, but Love Island winner Ekin Su Cülcüloğlu and TOWIE star Joey Essex are hot on his tail.

Wilson retired from gymnastics due to injuries in 2021 but the 26-year-old’s athletic talents are expected to translate well on the ice. Despite his early status as the favourite, Wilson has admitted that he has no previous ice skating experience. Wilson will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of his fellow gymnast, Beth Tweddle who won the show back in 2013. He can be found at 5/2 with several bookmakers including Parimatch and bet365.

Ekin Su Cülcüloğlu comes in second with odds of 4/1. She has proven to be popular with the public in the past, and recent revelations have shown she has previous skating experience. Whether this will help her on the show remains to be seen, as she claims to have forgotten most of her skills.

As for Joey Essex, the popular TV personality is something of a reality-TV veteran. As well as appearing in I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, Essex also won the second season of The Jump, a show that put the contestant’s skills to the test in a variety of Winter Sports, something that will no doubt benefit him on the ice. Most bookies put him at similar odds to Ekin Su, with BetVictor offering him at 4/1.

The rest of the pack is quite off the pace but given that we have not seen anyone on the ice yet, could be worth a punt. The Wanted singer, Siva Kaneswaran can be found on 8/1, as can Ru Paul UK Season 1 winner, The Vivienne. These Celebrity Hunted alumni both have performance-based backgrounds and could spring a surprise or two.

Eastender’s icon Patsy Palmer and former Wimbledon front-man John Fashanu are not expected to have a smooth experience on the show. You can find them as far as out as 25/1 and 28/1 respectively, with both expected to leave the contest early.
