Billionaire PrettyLittleThing founder Umar Kamani has shared more photos from his lavish proposal to model fiancee Nada Adelle – revealing how he whisked her off in a horse-drawn carriage to a luxurious celebration, after getting down on one knee to pop the question with a $2M (£1.45M) ring at Monte Carlo Opera House.
Professional photographers were on hand to capture the moment Umar, 33, and Nada, 27, got engaged surrounded by more than 10,000 white roses, dozens of candles and 25 musicians on Wednesday.
And now Umar, who built his fortune by selling cheap dresses to Gen Z partygoers, has revealed his friends and family were in the privately-hired theatre to witness the magical moment, with his mother Aisha, 55, and friends of the couple sharing sweet snaps from behind the scenes at the event.

Richard Nektalov, known as ‘Richie Rich’, who supplied Umar with the $2M 21-carat ring now taking pride of place in Nada’s finger has given a glimpse of the stunning jewel. Richie, 29, who counts the likes of Travis Scott, Adam Levine, Cara Delevingne, in his clients is part of a New York jewellery dynasty who became an online celebrity with he eschewed the classic image of subtle jewellery to focus brashy social media branding.
Also in attendance was influencer Saïd Ahmad, who revealed he played Nada in the rehearsal, and friend of the couple Tom Brault.

Nada also revealed after the proposal, her niece who she’s been separated from in lockdown joined her on the stage, before the rest of the family also revealed themselves.
The room was surrounded by white, gold and silver balloons and Umar further treated his bride-to-be with a delicious-looking caked reading ‘just engaged’.
Also at the after-party was a platter of sandwiches, sweet treats and pizza.

Although she is marrying the king of fast fashion, Nada sported a $2,500 (£1,790) slinky white gown with bejewelled straps and cut-out detailing from London-based designer David Koma for the proposal.
Umar, whose family built their fashion empire from a Manchester market stall into a multi-billion pound business, looked dapper in a $5,907 (£4,300) Tom Ford suit and $1million (£730,000) Patek Philippe watch.

The breathtaking proposal comes after a whirlwind romance for Umar and Nada, who only stepped out publicly together for the first time in March 2020.
The Manchester-based model, who boasts 427,000 Instagram followers, has been featured in magazines such as Look Magazine and Harper’s Bazaar.
The law graduate, who delights in showcasing her jet-set lifestyle to her many fans on social media, has also fronted a campaign for Beyonce’s Ivy Park, as well as working with make-up brand L’Oreal.
Umar, from Manchester, is the son of billionaire Boohoo founder Mahmud Kamani.
In 2012, Umar and his brother Adam co-founded PrettyLittleThing after witnessing the phenomenal success of Boohoo – with their company now enjoying a host of celebrity endorsements including Khloe Kardahsian, Hayley Bieber, Little Mix, Nicole Scherzinger and Paris Hilton.
Before he founded his firm, which is forecast to be worth around £2.1billion by next year, Umar was an amateur boxer, who previously confessed to only caring about partying and chasing women.
The businessman lives a very glamorous lifestyle, filled with overseas trips, flashy cars and dazzling accessories, which he regularly photographs and fills his Instagram feed with.

Umar and his fiancée Nada made their first public outing together in March 2020, a month after going Instagram official, with the couple attending the Yeezy Season 8 show during Paris Fashion Week from Kanye West’s brand.
In 2006, Umar started working for the fashion family business as a manager, while attending theatre school. He went on to study international business at Manchester Metropolitan University.
But it wasn’t always private jets and fine dining for Aisha, who once shared a house with 18 people while raising her three sons with Mahmud.

Meanwhile, the Boohoo Group bought a 34 per cent stake in PLT for £269.8 million in May 2020. PrettyLittleThing employs more than 300 staff and counts singers Miley Cyrus, Rita Ora and Nicki Minaj among its fans.

The brand opened a flagship store in LA in 2016, and Kylie Jenner attended the launch party. After the reality star wore one of the brand’s dresses in 2016, overall sales increased by 400 per cent.
Meanwhile, Adam Kamani is the younger brother of Umar and works across both the Boohoo, Pretty Little Thing and Nasty Gal brands.
In September 2017, he tied the knot with Charlotte McHale in what was dubbed the summer’s most lavish wedding before treating his bride to a £1million honeymoon in Africa.
Samir Kamani is Aisha and Mahmud’s third son who heads up procedures at BoohooMan. His Instagram account is littered with various A-listers as he poses alongside the likes of Paris Hilton, Kourtney Kardashian and Joe Jonas.
