If you love tucking into Quality Street at Christmas, you’ll find a new addition within the colourful selection this year.
That’s because, after more than two decades, the chocolatier is bringing back a previously discontinued flavour.
Following a 20-year hiatus, you’ll find the coffee creme flavour in Quality Street’s festive cracker (£6) and advent calendar (£10) this year – both available at Waitrose and John Lewis during the build up to Christmas.
Shoppers will also be able to sample the coffee creme flavour in pick ‘n’ mix tins, available at selected John Lewis branches.
There’s also the option to ‘fill your own’ advent calendar for £14, should you wish to exclusively stock up on the new comeback choc.
However, fans won’t find the returning flavour in the usual Quality Street tubs.
Quality Street brand manager, Samantha Hirst said: ‘We’ve been keeping the exciting news of the return of the Coffee Creme tightly under wraps so it’s a huge relief to finally share it with Quality Street fans across the UK.
‘We know it was the one that fans were keen to bring back when we asked the nation back in 2021, so it’s safe to say that we’re anticipating we’ll see some smiling faces at the news.’
The news comes after Quality Street announced the return of a discontinued chocolate last year, the Honeycomb Crunch, which was previously axed in 2018.
