And Kenzie's situation with her "cuz" is so unique that it often leaves people more than a little confused.
Kenzie took to TikTok to share a video of herself and her relative, writing over the top: "POV: You’re genetically half sisters with your cousin because your dads are identical twins."
"Thanksgiving with the cuz," she captioned the clip.
The video has been viewed nearly 6 million times since Kenzie posted it on the social media site.
And people flocked to the comments section to admit they were more than a little confused about the family tree.

While another added: "I can't understand!"

Others were quick to share their own unique family setups in the comments section.
"My niece basically being my daughter cause me and her mom are identical twins," one wrote.
"okay but my cousins on my dads side are actually cousins and half sisters bc my aunt decided to get with two brothers," another added.
As a third commented: "My mom and aunt are identical twins.. so my boy cousins are my half brothers."
Following a request for a "dad reveal", Kenzie then shared another video which showed her dad and his twin brother, as well as their mum and her twin sister.
