IT may be 237 days until Christmas but that hasn't stopped one Santa fan from getting in the festive spirit.
Christmas is undoubtedly the favourite time of the year for many – but one super fan, only known as @itschristmastimeallyear, is already preparing for the winter celebrations.
The festive lover, believed to be from Tennessee, the US, has dedicated their entire social media page to Christmas – and their home has been prepped too.
A week ago, when it was still 244 days left until the festive period, the fan had already placed a new mat in their kitchen that said ''Merry Christmas''.
To give the room a more joyful feel, they had also forked out for a bright red mistletoe vine that's now been placed around the window.
The patio section outside the property, the homeowner proudly showed in the video, had a swing filled with festive decorations.

There was a cosy blanket, cushions with Christmas prints, huge ribbons, fairy lights, as well as branches of Christmas tree hanging from the construction.
Back in their bedroom, the Santa super fan had opted for even more vines, as well as a winter-appropriate wall poster that said: ''Peppermint and Cocoa – Come in and Warm Yourself''.
''Christmas Year Round!'' the festivity enthusiast wrote in the caption of the now-viral clip.
Needless to say, the video soon caused a storm online, racking up a whopping 1.1million views in just one week.
