MOLLY-MAE Hague and boyfriend Tommy Fury have splashed the cash while furnishing their £3.5million home – even forking out a whopping £8,000 on their "dream" mirror.
But one interior designer has set out to prove that you haven't got to spend a small fortune to achieve a similarly chic interior.
Speaking to Fabulous, interior designer Alex Casa, who posts under the acronym @casalawson, has revealed how you can recreate the Love Island star's glamorous style on a budget.
And if you don't want to search high and low for similarly chic products, then look no further, because she's rounded up the very best dupes on the market…
ANTIQUE BRASS LIGHTING
Molly-Mae, who moved into a new place after her and Tommy's Manchester flat was ransacked by burglars while they were in London, often documents her pricey purchases on her Instagram account.
"In the lighting department, antique brass is a theme carried throughout Molly-Mae’s property which we are here for," Alex observes.
"There are some beautiful wall lights out at the moment which would bring a luxury feel to any hallway."
The interior design expert recommends the Verona LED Wall Light from Made which retails at just £75, and offers an equally chic effect to the ones Molly-Mae has picked out for the walls leading up the staircase.

The budget-friendly version not only features a brushed brass and smoked glass making it the perfect modern focal point for any living space, but requires LED lights, which are more efficient and last longer.
However, if that's not to your taste, then no fear! Alex also suggests recreating the 22-year-old influencer's light fixtures with the "Classic Aged Brass Patina Single Wall Light" from Universal Lighting, which boasts a stylish champagne glass shade.
And perhaps best of all? It's currently in the sale and is reduced from £172.44 to £137.95.
Meanwhile, the interior designer notes that the £110 "DIP – Pendant Light" from National Lighting and £130 "Masako" from Made are great dupes for the impressive pendant light Molly-Mae has as a focal point hanging from the hallway ceiling.
BODY FORM VASES
"Over the last year or so we have seen body form vases being all the rage and Molly-Mae is a lover too," Alex notes.
The interior designer goes on to reveal how you can bag yourself a similar style vase for as little as £13.45 from Etsy, while Rockett St George offers a £37 alternative.
However, if you're looking for a price point in between, then perhaps the £29 "body vase" from Glamorous Hang Ups is what you're after?
The sculpted pieces focus on celebrating the beauty of women and are perfect for holding real or faux flowers – all while offering a stunning display that's sure to stand out in your home.

MIRRORED TRAYS
"When styling tables and sideboards its really helpful to always arrange in groups of 2 or 3," Alex says.
"As you can see on Molly-Mae's table, she has a mirrored tray paired with a diffuser and candle and a glass match box."

"You can achieve the same look!"
To recreate a similar finish, she recommends the £30 "Faux Marble Silver Circular Tray" from Dunelm, which is perfect for adding a touch of style.

She also suggests a bargain buy from Hobby Craft, which retails at just £5.50 and is ideal for displaying at the centre of a table with an arrangement of florals or, like Molly-Mae, a diffuser.
"I love that Molly-Mae is a Zara Home lover," says Alex, who observes that the reality star also purchases a lot of her everyday glassware from there.
"Follow her style and have yourself some Zara home reed diffusers too!"
MIRROR
Molly-Mae is such a fan of her latest purchase – a Timothy Oulton mirror – she's forked out on two of them. And trust us when we say they don't come cheap!
Standing at 2.4metres tall and weighing a whopping 25stone (165kg), there's no denying they make quite the statement piece.
But let's face it, few of us have a spare £8-10k to fork out on a mirror.
Well, the good news is, Alex has cheaper alternatives which still evoke an Old Hollywood feel, but for a fraction of the cost.
Firstly, she suggests a £130 "Silver Textured Full Length Mirror" from Next, which will help add a premium feel to any space.
Or, if you've got a slightly bigger budget, then Alex advises shopping at Gelisim, which sells a £185.60 frameless mirror that boasts two light colours: white light and warm light.
ARTWORK
Molly-Mae recently took to Instagram to reveal that she's on the search for some artwork to put up in her new multi-level pad.
And according to Alex, there are two main places worth looking.
Firstly, she advises taking a look at British abstract artist Toni Thornton, who specialises in original and printed artworks / homewares.
Secondly, the interior designer recommends having a mooch at Redbricks Studio, which features work from artist Katya Hughes, whose Instagram bio says she has a "love of colour, gold & home interiors."
FLOORING
If you want to achieve beautiful flooring like Molly-Mae but don’t want to break the bank, Alex has the perfect solution.

She suggests taking a visit to Discount Flooring Depot, which sells white marble tile-effect flooring reminiscent of the ones featured throughout the influencer's new pad.
And according to Alex, another website worth a look is Leader Floors, which sells Marble High Gloss Laminate Flooring at £33.99 per m².
