GETTING a good night's sleep is vital if you want to wake up feeling refreshed, and who wouldn't want that?
But if you or your partner snores you're probably running on empty and can't remember the last time you got your eight hours.
Snoring can also point to real health issues, like sleep apnea.
But how can super snorers silence their snorts?
Luckily, sleep expert Katherine Hall revealed the one easy trick that can stop snoring in it's tracks.
Her tip involved repeating your vowel aloud throughout the day.

The idea behind the exercise is to gradually strengthen your throat muscles, and repeating A-E-I-O-U is the perfect way to do that.
You can also do mouth workouts to silence your snores – yes, they're a real thing.
One easy way to do this is to move the end of your tongue backwards along the roof of your mouth.

You can also try pressing your tongue to the roof of your mouth for a less intense stretch.
Finally, if you're a morning shower person, try switching to the evening.
This is because snoring can sometimes be caused by narrow nasal passaged from allergens.
A steamy shower pre-bedtime will help moisten your nasal passages, in turn helping yo breathe better and get a blissful slumber.
