A PLUS-SIZED fashionista has urged women to step out of their comfort zone on holiday – as she told them to "get your back rolls out".
Poppy Adams, who splits her time between Essex and Edinburgh, regularly shares her shopping hauls and styling tips on social media (@poppyadams).
She aims to inspire her 245,000 followers to "love and accept their bodies".
In recent clips, the size 22 beauty has been sharing her holiday looks from a trip to Tenerife.
Poppy has picked up some staple summer dresses that she can go braless in and hasn't shied away from backless pieces.
Modelling a white floral maxi dress, she said: "I bought this dress in a size 22 a while ago [from] River Island.
"I actually felt a little out of my comfort zone wearing a dress with a back this open and no bra showing my back rolls, but I did it anyway.
"Because literally no one cares as much as you do."
She added: "Why should I hide away and cover the parts that society has conditioned us to be ashamed of? Wear what you want.
"I dress for wee 10-year-old Poppy that would've loved to see a woman my size embracing her body just the way it is.

Poppy also picked up a £25 lime tiered maxi dress, currently on sale for just £18.75, on Boohoo.
She revealed: "I think this dress looks so much more expensive than it is.
"I'm wearing a size 22 and can get away with no bra, dreamy."
She bagged another Boohoo frock, a white and neutral striped maxi number, and a green animal print dress from Lazy Oaf.
And social media users are in a frenzy over her plus-sized holiday wardrobe.
One gushed: "You are such a goddess holy moly."
A second wrote: "I have to say, I really look forward to seeing your videos.
"I feel so happy every time you put an amazing outfit together. Thank you so much."
Meanwhile, a third admitted: "I've bought things for my holiday way outta my comfort zone after seeing all your beautiful outfits and your confidence."
