WALMART employees may have to participate in a secret new hire ceremony, according to a former employee.
TikToker @BabyDandMe, whose name is Cassandra, shared a look at the ceremony – complete with cap and gown-clad employees – in a viral video.
The video shows employees filing into a ceremony that appears to be held in a Walmart store.
Music plays as the employees walk in, with attendees of the ceremony watching and taking photos and videos.
The TikToker claims that the ceremony was held for employees who had completed classes.
"Back when I worked at Walmart.. They really had the audacity to make employees participate in a 'graduation' from the computer courses," she captioned the video.

In a follow up video, the original poster further explains the situation, saying, "this was not a ceremony for graduating seniors."
"This was not employees being promoted to managers, or managers going to something else.
"I know Walmart offers degree help … but that is not what this was either."
She says the employees had finished "CBL training" online though it was unclear what the training entailed.
