I still fit into clothes I wore 30 years ago – unique diet keeps me bikini-body ready | The Sun

A MUM who still fits into clothes she wore more than 30 years ago has revealed her very unique secret to staying in shape.

Health coach Anne Osborne, 57, hasn’t put on a pound in the last three decades and credits her special diet with maintaining her bikini-ready body.

The Australia-based stunner is a fruitarian – meaning she’s eaten nothing but fruit since the age of 25.

Anne, who grows much of her own fruit, eats three or four meals a day and reveals a typical breakfast would be two medium-sized papayas followed by a snack or five large figs.

For lunch she’d have two avocados before enjoying two larger mangoes for dinner.

She says: “I feel young for my age; and I think that the fruit diet has certainly helped with that.

“I run 10km every other day; regularly walk 14km into town; and am very physically active in the garden.

“I even use a push reel mower rather than a petrol mower.

“I have always found the fruit diet to give me so much energy and I wake in the morning fresh and ready to start the day.

“I have kept the same weight for the past 32 years and can still fit into clothes I had in the 1980s.

“I believe that the anti-oxidants and phytochemicals in fruit help protect the skin.”

Anne adds: “The UV rays are very strong in Far North Queensland.

“So it can be quite a harsh environment for skin here.

“You need to respect the sun and not get too much sun exposure.

“But we do get plenty of Vitamin D.”
