A woman with a ‘huge lump’ behind her shoulder fears she’ll be with it forever, and is now seeking help from Dr Pimple Popper.

Cosmetic surgeon and dermatologist Dr Sandra Lee has previously helped a man with a ‘ginormous saggy lump’ on his hip, and a woman who went to see a wizard over her ‘third boob’.

But it’s not just lumps and bumps she’s here for, helping patients across America with their range of skin problems, from ‘maggots in toes’ to cysts ‘smelling like scrambled eggs’.

A patient in an upcoming preview is seen telling her partner: ‘I have a huge lump on my shoulder.

‘It’s been around for such a long time.’

As he replies, ‘it’s part of the family,’ she confesses: ‘I don’t want it to be part of the family anymore.’

Dr Lee later tells the camera: ‘One of the worst parts of my job is telling somebody that I can’t do something.’

The patient then admits: ‘I’m getting nervous that I might not be able to have this removed.’

And it looks like Dr Lee has the same fear.

‘I might have to wave the white flag,’ she warns, as clips air of the patient undergoing surgery.

This comes after one patient teared up as she explained she’d tried to have bumps on her eyes removed, but they’d only grown back bigger.

She says: ‘They started off like little moles but then as time went on they grew bigger.

‘I had surgery but they came right back, then I had surgery the second time and they came back even bigger.’

As she fights back tears, the clip cuts to the patient feeling the bumps growing around her eyes, with several clumped on her inner and outer corners of both eyes.

‘It’s not normal,’ she weeps. ‘So it bothers me.’

Dr Pimple Popper airs on TLC in America.
