Sergii Gordieiev of The Q has just given viewers a look at how a bike with two half tires at the rear would function. After crushing his front wheel on a curb, the inventor took it upon himself to recreate the bicycle using one larger wheel in the front and two half-wheels at the rear that take turns making contact with the road.
Using “bikematics” he confirms that 0.5 + 0.5 = 1 also works when applied to bicycles. Walking viewers through each part of the build, from cutting, welding and painting, the bike is then taken for a test ride to show that everything adds up in the end.
