While images of Sean Wotherspoon‘s eye-catching custom Porsche Taycan 4S Cross Turismo have been circulating for some time now, the car’s recent appearance at SXSW in Texas offers a full look at the car’s unique exterior paintwork.
Arriving as part of the “Porsche Unseen” series, the fully-electric custom Taycan station wagon features similar patchwork color blocking found in Wotherspoon’s footwear collaborations and apparel. He names the colors featured on the hand-painted panels after his family members including Nash Blue, Loretta Purple, Ashley Green, and Sean Peach. “Each color was carefully created and made to contrast each other while at the same time highlighting one another and showing the natural curves of the Porsche,” Wotherspoon wrote in a post. An extra dash of detail includes a perfect split circle painted across the curves of the side doors inspired by Porsche racecar liveries that stretch back to Le Mans in the ’50s.
The Round Two founder has come a long way in terms of automotive collaborations with his first being a Primavera Scooter designed in collaboration with Vespa in the summer of 2020. He promises a full interior look into his one-of-a-kind Porsche Taycan 4S Cross Turismo in the near future. Stay tuned for more.
