Satisfy’s Latest Drop Faces Winter’s Frigid Temperatures

Parisian running brand Satisfy is back with a winter capsule drop that’s suited for frigid temperatures.

The new capsule was inspired by running veteran Patrick Stangbye, who is a close friend of the brand. As a seasoned athlete, Stangbye’s expeditions have taken him through icy alpine ridges to dense forests and steep fjords. A key to tackling this array of terrains and climates is a mastery of layering to shield oneself from the elements. Satisfy wanted to institute this same philosophy with its new capsule that harbors a minimalist approach to layering.

Instead of focusing on dynamic graphic images, Satisfy shifts its attention towards colors and innovative fabric technologies. Doused in natural colors, pieces like pullovers and parkas are made from the brand’s GhostFleece and CloudMerino fabrics that offer thermoregulatory effects for maximum warmth, while tops include Satisfy’s signature Auralite and MothTech pieces. In addition to warmth and protection, the collection’s design also emphasizes the importance of light textiles for optimal running performance.

Elsewhere in the capsule, bottoms include newly designed 5-inch shorts made from the brand’s Justice fabric. Finishing off the collection is a range of accessories like hand tie-dyed merino gloves and beanies, Sherpa running caps and a Polartec bandana scarf.
