Rising Nottingham-based streetwear brand Lost Boys Channel has just presented a new female-centric collection that proves tracksuits can sit pretty in pink.
Throughout the UK, there’s an abundance of streetwear labels representing their city to the fullest. For example, Corteiz is shutting London down regularly, Clints and Drama Call are pushing are pushing Manchester far and wide and even Bene Culture takes its following through the depths of Birmingham with its regular drops.
However, the city of Nottingham has been deprived of a solid streetwear brand for some time now. And while its fashion heritage spans back decades — thanks to Paul Smith — Lost Boys Channel is now the new-school label looking to kick-start a new era for the Midlands.
With this in mind, the brand has just unveiled its new “Pretty Girls Never Die” collection — and it’s packed with oversized silhouettes, tailored detailing, and bold branding. The eye-catching element of the capsule is the vibrant pink color palette that merges two different tones across its main base and hood, while its intricate stitching is also exposed with a contrasting effect.
For the hoodie, the brand’s customary LBOY logo can be spotted across the chest, while the joggers feature the same branding across the thigh. Furthermore, the designs are rounded off with a unique play on the Major League Baseball emblem on the hoodie sleeve and jogger’s leg.
