Love Island’s Molly Marsh has been spotted arriving back in the UK after a brutal dumping saw her told to immediately pack her bags.
On Friday night’s episode of the reality dating series the theatre star, 21, was sensationally sent packing after bombshell Kady McDermott was tasked with stealing a boy to couple up with.
After selecting Zachariah Noble, who Molly was coupled up with, Molly received a text saying that not only was she single, but that she had to leave the villa.
While the episode ended on a cliffhanger as she was not seen actually walking out the doors, Molly was photographed at Leeds Airport on Saturday morning.
In pictures published by The Sun, Molly was seen standing next to her white Love Island suitcase and a security guard, while eating a Greggs sausage roll.
She also had a trolley that was piled high with another four suitcases.
Earlier in the day she posed for photographs with a fan at Palma de Mallorca Airport, which were shared by the Daily Mail.
Those photos in the airport seemed to end fan predictions that she might be at the centre of some sort of twist that could see her return to the villa in some way.
Taking to social media straight after the episode aired, some fans offered their thoughts on what might unfold next.
‘I’m not buying it – Molly will become one of the Casa girls or something,’ one person posted on Twitter.
‘Does anyone think Molly will be back for Casa Amor?? IDKKK the plot twist seems too good,’ some-one else wrote.
Another added: ‘But do we actually think they’d dump Molly?’
During the recoupling ceremony, Kady explained that she wanted to get to know Zach more after their initial conversations.
As a dramatic cover of Maneater played in the background, the bombshell shared: ‘This particular boy has caught my eye. He is someone that I would be attracted to on the outside world, and I’m eager to get to know them more.’
Clearly in shock at what was playing out, Molly was taken aback that her love interest was being taken away and was even told by fellow islander Jess Harding to ‘hold it in’ as she appeared to be visible shaken.
After receiving the text the group was in shock, with Jess and Mitchel Taylor, who previously had a romance with Molly, covering their mouths with their hands.
The episode ended with Kady apologising for her decision, saying she was ‘so sorry’ at what was unfolding.
It came after Love Island fans also called out ‘mean girl’ behaviour directed at Molly, who was previously labelled a ‘game player’ and ‘two faced’ by Jess.
Soon after that episode several viewers said they had lodged complaints with Ofcom over what they called bullying behaviour.
Love Island returns on Sunday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
