Love Island viewers are desperate for producers to increase the minimum age of the contestants after the arrival of 19-year-old Amber Wise to Casa Amor.
Amber made her debut on the 10th series of the ITV2 dating show on Sunday and joins the four bombshells who are attempting to turn the boys’ heads, including returning islander Molly Marsh.
The newcomer – who is the daughter of former England footballer Dennis Wise – is the youngest singleton to step foot in the Majorcan villa this season.
Despite describing herself as ‘independent’, the graphic design student admits she always ‘has a guy on the go’ and has her eye on Montel McKenzie and Sammy Root.
But viewers can’t get over how young Amber is and has called upon Love Island bosses to raise the age of contestants taking part.
Voicing their thoughts on social media, one person tweeted: ‘I’m sorry but I think anyone with teen at the end of their age should not be allowed on this show.’
‘The show should have an age limit because how is a 19-year-old allowed on the same show as a 28-year-old?’ asked another.
Love island needs to sort out the age range man wtf you got 19year olds and 29 year olds in the same place? #loveisland

Iâm sorry but 20 years-olds should not be on this show. Gemma being 19 during her season was ridiculous. Basically uni students. Kids! What love are you desperately looking for at that small age pls? #LoveIsland
no guys the fact that someone of my age group can go on this show is making me feel sick #LoveIsland pic.twitter.com/fsRHp6kvck
A third added: ‘They need to change the age limit to 22+, what’s a 19 year old doing on a show like this.’
This year’s Casa Amor got underway at the end of Friday’s episode, which saw R&B legend Ne-Yo wave the girls off as they were whisked away to the secret villa.
After performing an intimate gig for the islanders, the singer took the girls away from the main villa under the guise of wanting to take a few selfies with them.
Leading them outside the front, Ne-Yo then pointed at their ride, which had ‘Casa VIPs’ branded on the side.
‘I have a surprise for you… that car right there,’ he then said, with viewers applauding the ‘Bafta-worthy’ twist on Twitter.
Love Island airs tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
