Having mainly been locked in on marketing more in-line styles such as the “Suede” and “Variant” Packs and the Mach 4 runner, HOKA ONE ONE is ready to get the ball rolling on its collaborative front this year by way of a partnership with thisisneverthat. Together, the two brands have crafted a special footwear collaboration atop the Speedgoat 4 as well as a wide range of apparel products.
For a model that usually receives playful treatments such as its “Chinese New Year” colorway or its “Tokyo Neon” offering, this latest piece is one that finds itself on the more minimal side of the spectrum. The model’s breathable-yet-durable base is drenched with white, and comes prepared with cream and sporty blue accents. The former is present on the laces and webbed overlays while the latter pours over the co-branded tab that sits nearest the lateral ankle as well as the thisisneverthat notation that lands on the medial side. The rough textured midsoles and toothed treading down below continue its brighter theme by dressing up in all-white.
Elsewhere in the collection, one can find a variety of apparel items to choose from. Running windbreakers that come in both black and white colorways lead the way, followed by co-branded t-shirts, running shorts, socks and trail-ready hats.
Peep the collection’s look book here above and note that the capsule will be dropping come March 19 via thisisneverthat. The Speedgoat 4 will also be launching via HOKA ONE ONE Europe for £130 (approx. $181 USD).
