Fragment Design and OAMC Reunite for Six-piece Collection

fragment design and OAMC first teamed up in 2020 and now they’re set to run it back with a second vintage-tinged collection. Made up of a half-dozen pieces — each produced in “melon,” “carbon” and black — the offerings feature custom fragment design/OAMC graphics and overdyed details that were achieved through a natural dyeing process. In short, it’s an artful combination of Hiroshi Fujiwara’s instantly recognizable branding and Luke Meier’s knack for compelling shades.

OAMC’s signature quilted cotton poplin liner is present, and it’s accompanied by a revamped vintage US Army snow parka. Besides outerwear, there are also loose-fitting hoodies and crewnecks that were made of ultra-premium Italian cotton, plus a duo of co-branded T-shirts. A variety of floral-inspired hits are used across each item as well. Where the two’s first collection featured super-sized “PEACEMAKER” graphics, this effort (slightly) tones down the embellishment to draw more attention to the unique dye patterns used and the luxurious textures of its fabrics.
