The release of the Fall 2021 collection marks the first drop from the label. The unisex assortment focuses on lifestyle essentials that combine vintage and basketball-centric aesthetics with luxury sportswear — a term that Don coined during his early days as a designer. It’s also an intersection of cultures that he helped to pioneer. “I entered the game of luxury sportswear and I even invented the hashtag #luxurysportswear on Instagram. Nobody else had used it before I used it,” he says. “I was like, man, it developed a category. Now there’s a lot of brands that are influenced by fashion and sport.”
His expertise in combining these dual influences comes through in the range of high quality yet accessible hoodies, T-shirts, sweatpants and mesh shorts. Just Don branding appears in a taped motif along the side seam of pants and at the collar of T-shirts. Corresponding sweatshirts feature All City branding on the front. Other athletic-inspired silhouettes, like matching track pants and jackets and a stand out varsity jacket, hone in on the designer’s love of basketball. A series of vertically striped pieces round out the range, offering an homage to the signature Foot Locker officiating uniform, reimagined through the Just Don lens.
The All City by Just Don Fall 2021 collection is available now at Foot Locker’s website and select stores with prices ranging from $55 USD to $150 USD.
