Dickies is continuing to roll out the celebrations for its 100th year of workwear heritage. Following its recent collaboration with Vincent Alvarez for a skate-inspired collection, Dickies is now presenting a new capsule of utility and outerwear pieces for Fall/Winter 2022.
By putting together a unisex collection that has been designed for all shapes and sizes, the assortment of styles is based on the traditional and boxy silhouettes that have been associated with the Dickies brand since 1922. The new capsule is centered around beige, orange, green, black, white, and grey hues, creating minimal styles that can be mixed and matched throughout the season.
Classic styles are reworked with newer technical materials, creating silhouettes that appear to have a more polished fall. When looking further into the new collection, it bases itself on a selection of “uniform” looks by combining functionality with everyday and versatile styling. Furthermore, the stand-out styles of Dickies FW22 are the new varsity jacket, long-sleeved bowling shirts, and loose-fitting denim.
New workwear designs have been included, coming in the form of the pleated pants, constructed using sustainable and organic fibers. Rounding off the collection, Dickies Skateboarding returns for another season with a melange of durable and skate-ready garments.
You can have a closer look at the Dickies FW22 collection above and it is available now on the official Dickies website.
In other fashion news, Daniel Kaluuya has linked up with designer Jide Osifeso for a new film merch collection that has been inspired by Jordan Peele’s Nope.
