Christina Aguilera proved she still knows how to throw a party as she brought the house down at New York City’s Pride Island concert.
She arrived on stage wearing a dramatic pair of shades covered with pearls and a black vinyl duster coat before shedding a layer and revealing her Pride-themed ensemble.
The US star, 42, looked sensational in a figure-hugging bodysuit adorned with rainbow sequins.
Despite wearing her blonde locks up in pigtails, the singer still managed some sassy hair flips as she showcased her powerful vocal range.
Christine belted through her biggest hits, including a remix of Your Body, which opened the show.
She also treated the crowd to Come On Over (All I Want Is You), Genie In A Bottle, and, of course, Dirrty.
Pride Month 2023
Pride Month is here, with members of the LGBTQ+ community and their allies celebrating their identities, accomplishments, and reflecting on the struggle for equality throughout June.
This year, Metro.co.uk is exploring the theme of family, and what it means to the LGBTQ+ community.

- Stranger Things star Noah Schnapp is a vision of pure joy while celebrating his first Pride parade
Emotional ballad Beautiful was on the set list as well, which has become an LGBTQ+ anthem since its release in 2002.
As if all of that didn’t sound spectacular enough, Christina also brought out some special guests.
In a reimagining of Lady Marmalade from Baz Luhrman’s Moulin Rogue! musical, Christina duetted with none other than Adam Lambert.
The American Idol star – who is headlining London Pride this summer – took on the parts of Pink, Mya, and Lil’ Kim, showing off his own impressive range.
As ever, Adam, 41, was dressed for the occasion, sporting a green and black leopard print shirt with just half of his buttons done up, as well as leather flared trousers.
The glam star added further sparkle with a striking green eyeshadow look.
Christina was also joined on stage by Ian Axel from A Great Big World, with the pair singing their 2013 release Say Something in a heartfelt moment.
Before playing the song, Christina addressed the crowd.
‘There’s times where we’re looking for answers and looking for hope. There’s a lot of bleak things out there right now,’ she began.
‘We are here tonight and we stand in unison to be free to be ourselves.
‘Sometimes we have to remember to stay hopeful and wish others well even in the darkest times.
‘So, let’s put well wishes into the world. Here’s hoping for a beautiful future.’
Elsewhere in the concert, Christina – who began her career in the early nineties – reflected on how far she’s come.
‘It has been such a long and beautiful journey in my career, and I feel like I’ve come full circle today at this point,’ she said with a smile.
‘Thank you guys so much for giving me everything a girl could have asked for… I want to give everything back to you at this point — you deserve all of it and more.’
That wasn’t the only time she showed her fans that she has their back as, ahead of singing power anthem Fighter, she spoke about the discrimination LGBTQ+ people are facing in the States.
‘One thing about us — we never quit,’ she declared.
‘We never stop raising our voices.’
As she sang the tune, uplifting messages displayed on the screen behind her, reading, ‘We must fight,’ and ‘You are not a crime.’
