Musician Ava Max was slapped in the middle of a gig after a man walked on stage.
The Sweet But A Psycho singer, 29, was performing in Los Angeles on Tuesday night when a man who had been attending the concert jumped on stage and slapped her in the face.
Ava carried on performing but was seen holding her face in a video taken by a fan.
The man who had hit her was instantly carried away by security while Ava continued her set before going off stage, and confused fans can be heard asking what happened.
Ava has now spoken out about the incident in a rightly furious message on social media.
She revealed the man had ‘slapped me so hard he scratched the inside of my eye,’ adding he was ‘never coming to a show again.’

It comes days after singer Bebe Rexha made headlines after she was attacked by a man at her show, after he threw a phone at her face in the middle of her performance.
While singing in New York, the 33-year-old had to stop the live show as she fell to the ground and grabbed at her face in pain, unable to continue.
The I’m Good singer required stitches and has been sporting a massive black eye – but insists the show must go on and she will continue her tour.
A man was arrested after the incident, and allegedly said he threw the phone at her face ‘because it would be funny.’
