Zach Davis: Cheyenne Floyd’s Fiance Arrested at Airport For Outstanding Warrants!

It seems that Cheyenne Floyd received a nasty surprise after returning from a vacation to Mexico with her fiance, Zach Davis.

Shortly after the couple landed in Los Angeles, Davis was arrested and taken into custody after customs agents realized he had several outstanding warrants.

According to TMZ, Davis was charged with violating his probation in connection with theft and DUI cases.

Cheyenne’s kids, including her and Davis’ son Ace, and several other members of her family were present at the time of the arrest.

This all took place back on January 3, but word didn’t get out until TMZ broke the news over the weekend.

It seems Davis was only in custody briefly before being released.

But it’s likely that his legal troubles are just beginning.

According to court records obtained by The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Davis was arrested in October 2018 and charged with Grand Larceny.

He was later charged with five counts of “False Personation & Cheats,” meaning that there was probably some identity theft involved in his alleged crimes.

Those charges were eventually dismissed, but Zach was sentenced to 32 days in jail and three years probation when he pled guilty to the larceny charge in 2019.

In February of 2020, the court was notified that Davis had violated his probation in some way.

It seems that matter was never addressed, and in January of this year, a violation hearing was held and a bench warrant was issued.

And that’s not the end of Zach’s legal worries — not by a long shot.

In June of 2020 — not long before his debut on Teen Mom OG — Davis was arrested for DUI and additionally charged with driving with a revoked or suspended license.

A deep dive into Zach’s criminal history shows numerous arrests and convictions for a wide variety of crimes.

Davis was sentenced to 24 months of probation and 10 days in LA County jail after being arrested for petty theft in 2015.

Before the end of that year, Davis would be arrested two more times for traffic-related offenses — once for reckless driving, and once for driving without a license.

He was also charged with DUI following one of those arrests, but that charge was later dropped.

So what’s next for Cheyenne’s troubled baby daddy?

Well, according to The Ashley, Zach has three court dates coming up, two in May and one in October.

So it might be a while before his latest legal issues are resolved.

Fortunately, he’s engaged to a top-earning reality star, so he’ll probably be working with the best defense team money can buy.

Then again, Teen Mom OG ratings have been plummeting recently, and Cheyenne has two kids to support.

She probably knew about Zach’s past brushes with the law before the two of them got engaged back in April of 2021.

But hopefully she’s keeping her eyes wide open as their wedding date approaches — and it might be a good idea to spend more money on prenup lawyers than on Zach’s criminal defense.
