Vicky Pattison battles high winds as Storm Babet grips UK
Reality TV stars Vicky Pattison and Scarlett Moffat have felt the full force of Storm Babet, which is wreaking havoc across the UK.
On Friday, former Geordie Shore star Vicky, 35, took to Instagram and shared a video of herself outside in extreme winds.
She captioned the video – drowned out by roaring gusts of winds – writing: “It is absolutely blowing a hooley… Hope you appreciate this walk lads!”
Vicky also revealed that she feared her post had been destroyed by the powerful storm – which has sparked red warnings to be issued across the UK by meteorologists.
She shared a video from the inside of a car showing a road blocked off by raging river water.

She wrote over the video: “I thought I’d missed a parcel from Royal Mail yesterday… turns out they just didn’t fancy their chances through this. Cannot blame them one bit to be fair.”
She added: “There is another way obvs, but they didn’t pursue that – anyway, I worked it out this morning and tried to find out where my parcel was.
“Eventually, I found out it was at the storage depot in Morpeth. This was my window to get there.”

Meanwhile, former Gogglebox star Scarlett, 33, also revealed she had felt the full brunt of the storm, revealing that a filming shoot had been thrown into chaos by the extreme weather conditions.
Revealing that her plans were left in tatters, Scarlett said she was left in tears.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, she shared a selfie of herself forcing a smile while fighting back her emotions.
Accompanied by a snap of her wearing a baseball cap, the star wrote: “When you’re trying to smile through the tears as you were so excited to go to London to start filming, but Storm Babet has ruined it.”
The Met Office has issued red weather warnings in response to Storm Babet which is due to batter the UK with 70mph winds and 200mm of rain throughout Friday.
The red weather warning signifies a “danger to life from fast flowing or deep floodwater” – with Aberdeenshire and Angus in Scotland expected to be hit particularly hard.
