Stacey Solomon showed off her figure in a leopard print swimsuit just four months after giving birth to her daughter Belle.
The Loose Women star, 33 spent the day at Champneys spa with her sister, Jemma and two close pals where they wasted no time in testing out all the luxurious facilities.
One of which included the ice bath which Stacey documented them all bravely climbing into – the mum of five was able to cover her entire body while her sister escaped within a few seconds.
Stacey could be seen wearing an animal print halterneck swimsuit with a ruffle design that showed off her incredible figure – her hair was tied back in an effortless bun.
She posted the video on her Instagram to the sound of M.O.P.'s Cold As Ice song in the background and wrote the caption: "Literally us trying to use every single thing before we leave".
Adding: "Safe to say the ice plunge was not for Jemma" alongside a laughing face emoji.
It comes just a few weeks after the TV star gave birth to her fifth child, Belle in February who she shares with husband Joe Swash, along with Rex, four and Rose, 21 months.
She is also a devoted mum to Leighton, 11, who she shares with Aaron Barham and 15-year-old Zachary with Dean Cox.
Juggling a busy work schedule while looking after five children at their picturesque Pickle Cottage home, Stacey addressed the topic of having another baby.
Taking to Instagram Stacey replied to a follower's recent comment which read: "Baby number 6 pending," followed by a red heart.
Uploading a video of herself jet washing the garden furniture ready for summer she said: "Absolutely not [laughing face emoji and praying hands emoji] Going to keep myself FAR away & get my thrills from cleaning the garden furniture instead."
Often sharing useful home tips she went on to say: "I jetwash on the softest setting & always move it (my sister ripped hers doing it too close, so be careful)," followed by a black heart emoji.
Earlier this week Stacey was not afraid to defend herself against internet trolls, who she calls 'Wilma's' as she went on a rant.
The star took to Instagram story after she shared a reel on Thursday (13 July) morning, showing her morning routine with her five children.
In it, Rose and Rex could be seen enjoying breakfast, before Stacey shared footage of the morning school run, and later going to her home gym, while her daughters, Rose and Belle sat in the pram alongside the treadmill.
In the school run footage, Stacey's sons Leighton and Rex could be seen climbing over the back seats and out of the back of the boot of the car, which seemingly prompted trolls to accuse Stacey of piling some of her children in the boot to take them to school.
As she made dinner that evening she responded to the trolls said: "Happy Thursday. Oh my gosh, a few people have messaged me saying 'why are your children in the boot of your car?'," as she rolled her eyes.
Stacey continued: "Come on Wilma. They're obviously sitting in the boot in seats. I don't just chuck them in there freestyle, hope for the best, then kick them out when we get to their school.
"I really just wanted to come on here and clear that up, because there are six of us – where else are the seats going to be?
"There's two in the front, three in the back, and another two in the boot. That's the configuration – I don't make it." She then joked: "If I could put two [children] on the roof, I would."
