Pregnant Montana Brown has given her fans an update after a terrifying hospital dash when "reduced movements" sparked cause for concern.
The 27 year old, who recently revealed she is expecting a baby boy, shared a number of snaps from her time in the hospital with boyfriend Mark O'Connor, where they could both be seen looking exhausted and slightly stressed.
Updating her fans, former Love Island star Montana wrote: "Feeling grateful that everything is all healthy and looking ok definitely so emotional when you overthink what’s going on in your body and movements differ between days.
"I had reduced movements which were all explainable but it’s so nerve wracking when it’s your first time going through it all."
She continued: "So thankful for the wonderful NHS and really glad we decided to go with a local hospital rather than in London.
"Also so grateful for my wonderful partner too, has been a bit of a stressful few days but so beyond thankful for my good health, good people around me and phenomenal professionals in our hospital."
Later on, Montana took to her Instagram stories to further clarify what had gone on, after she had been asked by a number of fans why she had been in hospital.
She said: "If you guys haven't been pregnant before…when you start getting movements, you're supposed to track those movements, and if you see any changes then you should go the day centre or the triage."
She further explained that her baby's kicks are "all day every day, especially in the evening," as she went on to elaborate that she "could see limbs flying out of my stomach" but that she couldn't feel anything for two nights.
Montana revealed that her hospital trip took place last week and that the doctors did plenty of checks before telling her that everything is okay.
But she and Mark went back twice more, as she explained that she couldn't ease the worry from her mind, as she had previously visited a different hospital.
In the next Instagram story, Montana breathed a sigh of relief as she ensured her followers that everything is fine with her unborn son, after she had some scans.
She wrote a note to fellow mums-to-be which read: "Sending love to all my pregnant people out there and I have even more respect for parents as it can really be so overwhelming and so easy to worry about everything.
"But baby is happy, healthy, and back to his normal kicking self.
"I cannot wait to go to sleep tonight and literally pass out."
