Morgan Wallen‘s double album, Dangerous, has topped the Billboard 200 for the sixth consecutive week.
The 30-track Dangerous: The Double Album is the first country album to stay at No. 1 for its first six weeks since Garth Brooks‘ The Chase in 1992.
Released on January 8 on Big Loud Records, the set earned 93,000 equivalent album units in the United States in the week ending February 18, according to MRC Data. The units can be split into 83,000 streaming equivalent albums (SEA) units, 10,000 album sales, and 2000 track equivalent albums (TEA) units.
The last album to score six total weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 as well as on the Top Country Albums chart was Taylor Swift‘s Red, Billboard reported.
The Weeknd‘s After Hours surged to No. 2 from 37 behind Dangerous on the latest edition of the Billboard 200 chart with 42,000 equivalent album units earned.
Lil Durk‘s The Voice climbed to No. 3 with 40,000 equivalent album units earned.
