Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 30, wowed on the MOBO Awards red carpet as she prepared to make her hosting debut alongside comedian Munya Chawawa. The star later stunned in another daring, barely-there gown as she took to the stage following the recent news that her band will be “taking a break”.
The annual British music awards ceremony kicked off at 8pm last night at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
The MOBO Awards have been held for 25 years with the aim of celebrating achievements in “music of black origin”.
Last year, the awards made a return for the first time since 2017 and could be watched via a YouTube stream this year.
Throughout the course of the night, high-profile artists including Stefflon Don, Ms Banks and Ghetts all gave impressive live performances.
Little Mix songstress Leigh-Anne looked sensational as she strolled down the red carpet in her first outfit of the evening.
The star wore a bright yellow dress made of a delicate netted fabric which was, tied together with a knot at both her neck and waist.
The material left most of the singer’s midriff and back exposed, with her long legs showing through the thin material.
Leigh-Anne cut an incredible silhouette thanks to the ruffled fabric that fell behind her neck and the long train that trailed gracefully along the carpet behind her.
The musician paired the number with some sparkly stiletto heels and matching diamond earrings.
Her natural curls were placed in an elegant updo, and she rocked a glamorous make-up look complete with shimmering eye shadow and false eyelashes.
The star also had an outfit change during the night, walking out on stage in a totally different number.

The star stepped into her new hosting role in the wake of recent news that Little Mix were all “taking a break” from the band, leaving fans devastated.
Although the singers have recently spoken out about not breaking up anytime soon, their post last Thursday confirmed that they would be going on hiatus for an indefinite period of time.
Posting a lengthy Instagram video to detail their next steps, they wrote: “We wanted to let you all know that after the Confetti tour in April/May next year we are going to be taking a break from Little Mix.
“It’s been 10 amazing years, a wonderful non-stop adventure, and we feel the time is right to take a break so we can recharge and work on some other projects.”
They added: “We are not splitting up – Little Mix are here to stay. We have plans for more music, tours and performances in the future. We’ve made so many incredible memories with you all, and we can’t wait to make so many more.”
