Foo Fighters have announced three headline shows in the U.S. during the spring.
The Dave Grohl-fronted band is set to perform at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford, New Hampshire, on May 24, Walmart AMP in Rogers, Arkansas, on June 14, and then two days later on June 16 at Pelham, Alabama’s Oak Mountain Amphitheatre.
Tickets for all three shows go on general sale at 10 am local time on Friday, March 3.
According to Rolling Stone, the concerts all seem to be warm-up gigs ahead of festival dates, as the band prepares to return to the stage following the sudden death of drummer Taylor Hawkins last year.
After Hawkins’s death, the Foos announced that they would continue without him, but said they will be “a different band” without him.
“As we say goodbye to the most difficult and tragic year that our band has ever known, we are reminded of how thankful we are for the people that we love and cherish most, and for the loved ones who are no longer with us,” they wrote in a statement.
