It’s a marriage that still defies the odds, some 24-years after their ostentatious wedding at the 15th century Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland.
While other celebrity marriages have taken considerably less time to crumble, David and Victoria Beckham proved they are still devoted to one another during their latest public appearance on Tuesday evening.
The couple were supported by their four children and a host of celebrity friends while attending the launch of forthcoming Netflix documentary series BECKHAM at London’s O2 Arena.
And with banks of photographers ready to capture their every move, they showered each other with affection ahead of the show’s first official screening.
Posing for a series of obligatory photos, Victoria, 49, was seen stroking her husband’s face as they stood alongside youngest son Cruz, 18, and 12-year old daughter Harper.

The couple were later seen embracing as former Spice Girl Victoria threw her support behind David, 48, on his big night.
As they made their way inside the cavernous venue, the former footballer placed a heavily tattooed hand on the small of her back, a gesture that was affectionate and protective in equal measure.
The premiere comes as excitement builds for their tell-all Netflix programme, titled BECKHAM, which will arrive on screens at 8am on Wednesday and will see the Beckhams give an unprecedented insight into their family life.
To celebrate the show’s release, Victoria put on a very smart display in a white suit as she stepped out alongside her former footballer husband, 48, at the premiere.
She opted for a glamorous white blazer with a plunging neckline and satin lapels, which she styled with straight leg trousers and black pointed heels.
The fashion designer toted her essentials in a small black clutch bag with a gold clasp as she smiled for snaps with her husband of 24 years.
David cut a dapper figure in a navy suit and brown loafers as he continued to show off his newly shaved buzz-cut at the premiere.
The tell-all Beckham documentary, set for release on Wednesday at 8am, will see the Beckhams’ give an intimate insight into their marriage and early romance, their family life, as well as charting David’s footballing career.

The couple have been married for 24 years since first meeting in 1997 and now share children Brooklyn, 24, Romeo, 21, Cruz, 18, and Harper, 12.
Now, David and Victoria are set to open up on their much-publicised romance on camera, including the harder parts of their marriage and ‘rumoured infidelity scandals’.
And ahead of the show’s hotly-anticipated release, director Fisher Stevens has told how it was ‘unpleasant’ to ask David and Victoria about their marriage ‘difficulties’.
Speaking to The Sunday Times, Fisher said: ‘It wasn’t pleasant, but we got into it.’
‘For me, I approached it as, “How did your marriage stay together?” and you’ll see how he responds,’ he went on.
‘I talked with both of them about the difficulties they went through.’
Producer John Battsek added: ‘They were both signed up to telling us whatever we wanted to know. I’m sure you’ll say, “Of course you would say that.” But they were. There was no, “You will not ask that or do that.”
‘Fisher and I thought that might be the case, but we were clear from the start that we would only do this if we could go in any direction we wanted. And we did.’
