Chrissy Teigen looked blissfully happy as she pushed a stroller containing her newborn daughter Esti, who she welcomed into the world earlier this month.
The 37 year old model and TV personality is married to All of Me crooner John Legend, 44, with whom she also shares daughter Luna Simone, six, and son, Miles Theodore, four.
Chrissy was seen enjoying a walk with her and John's youngest child, as she dressed for comfort in a pair of black leggings and a sports bra with a long grey coat thrown over the top of it.
Her dark hair was scraped back into a bun, whilst she wore a black cap on her head and trainers on her feet, rocking the casual look.
Chrissy and John's two eldest children, Luna and Miles, also joined her for the outing.
At one point, she held an umbrella in one hand whilst pushing the pram, but a little rain clearly didn't bother her as she beamed and showed off her natural beauty without a scrap of makeup on her face.
The news of Esti's arrival came as John reportedly told concert-goers at one of his shows that they had "the little baby this morning" on what he called a "blessed day".
The singer added that while he "didn't get a lot of sleep" he felt "energized" after spending "a lot of time" at the hospital.
Chrissy officially announced her daughter's safe arrival on Instagram last week, as she posted an adorable snap of Esti's big brother and sister cradling her.
She revealed her youngest daughter's name in the caption, as she wrote: "She’s here! Esti Maxine Stephens – the house is bustling and our family could not be happier.
"Daddy sheds nightly tears of joy seeing Luna and Miles so full of love, and I am learning you still need diapers with a c section!? We are in bliss. Thank you for all the love and well wishes – we feel it all! X".
Chrissy and John's joyful news came just over two years after Chrissy heartbreakingly revealed that she had lost their baby son, who they named Jack, at 20 weeks old, after she suffered complications with her pregnancy.
Chrissy has been documenting her life as a new family-of-five, as she shared some new snaps and videos to Instagram, including one as she flashed a peace sign whilst sat on the sofa pumping milk.
Another clip showed sweet little Miles pushing his baby sister in a stroller, whilst another showed Luna and Miles receiving some handmade cards from their mom, inviting them to a sleepover in their parents' room.
She'd instructed them that they were to wear the outfits that she had left on their beds, posting a video of a beaming Luna in a Scooby Doo onesie.
