Camilla was seen out and about in Wiltshire and Somerset on Wednesday on a day of engagements, which included a visit to Royal Osteoporosis Society offices in Bath.
The Queen Consort, 75, is a longstanding supporter of the charity, and first became a supporter of the society in 1994, when her mother died as a result of osteoporosis.
Camilla's grandmother also suffered from the disease, and passed away in 1986.
Osteoporosis is a condition that causes bones to fracture or break easily due to loss of strength.
Over 3.5 million people in the UK are estimated to have osteoporosis and half of women over 50 and one in five men will break a bone due to the condition.
The royal was recognised for her work with the charity and later became President of the Royal Osteoporosis Society in October 2001.
During her visit on Wednesday, Camilla attended the ceremony to celebrate the charity's newly opened offices in Bath. She held a speech at a reception of 120 invited guests who focus on highlighting ROS's work and impact.
She also unveiled a plaque during the visit to the Royal Osteoporosis Society reception, commemorating the opening of the new offices.
During her visit, she was seen wearing a dark brown coloured coat with a black and white patterned buttoned shirt poking through over the collar of the coat. She also wore a midi length brown skirt with some tall, knee high boots.
As she went outside, she put on a beige patterned scarf and some leather gloves.
She paired the outfit with a pair of gold drop earrings which featured a black diamond stone for the visit.
Later in the day, Camilla continued on to another engagement where she planted a tree in the village of Lacock in Wiltshire as part of the Queen's Green Canopy.
The Queen Consort had two very special guests waiting for her as she arrived in Lacock. Her two dogs, Beth and Bluebell, enthusiastically greeted their owner as she stepped out of the car in the village.
The Queen Consort met community representatives at St Cyriac's Church and planted a tree as part of the Queen's Green Canopy initiative before visiting local shops, including eatery Lacock Shop & Deli and speaking to residents.
This is not the first time Camilla has visited Lacock, since she owns a property in Wiltshire, close to the historic village.
Her daughter, Laura, also got married to her now husband Harry Lopes at St Cyriac's Church in May 2006. Prince William and Prince Harry, as well as William's future wife, Kate Middleton, were among the guests at the ceremony.
