Caitlyn Jenner kept silent over the recent engagement of Kourtney Kardashian during an outing this week.
Playing a pivotal role as the Kardashians’ step father for many years, it might be presumed that Caitlyn had a comment to make on Kourtney's latest exciting news.
It appears though, that the well-publicised fraught relationship that has developed in recent years between Caitlyn and the Kardashian sisters has halted this expectancy.
The Olympic gold medallist certainly didn’t feel the need to give her opinion as she made an appearance at Starbucks.
Exiting the coffee shop, the 71 year old remained tight-lipped when questioned by paparazzi how she felt about Kourtney, 42, getting engaged, before heading off in a blue truck with her dog in tow.
News broke of the reality star being proposed to by boyfriend Travis Barker, 45, on Sunday, after photos of the loved-up pair embracing each other on a beach surrounded by roses circulated on Instagram.
“Congratulations to the most beautiful, adorable, affectionate, fabulous, made for each other couple in the world!” Kris Jenner said on Twitter, while Kim Kardashian captioned: “Kravis forever.”
While the Kardashian and Jenner sisters had much to say on social media as they reposted videos of Kourtney and Travis basking in their new status as an engaged couple, Caitlyn still hasn’t publicly posted any remarks.
Despite a failed governor campaign this year, the former reality star continues to be politically vocal, with her most recent Instagram post advocating to get rid of President Joe Biden.
The photograph shows Caitlyn standing with a group of Republican supporters from New York wearing T-shirts with the words, ‘Let’s Get Biden to Quit’ branded on the chest.

“Despite what the media has to say LGBTQ – LETS GET BIDEN TO QUIT! WE ARE READY TO FIRE JOE! #lgbtq#maga,” Caitlyn captioned.
Her controversial political moves has noticeably saw absent support from the Kardashian family this year, with an initial report claiming that mother and business mogul Kris Jenner advised her daughters to stay away from Caitlyn’s campaign.
“It has nothing to do with their personal history. It's bad for business, and Kris is trying to make sure her kids remember that," a source at the time said to The Sun.
Caitlyn has since come out to say that she actually agreed with this move on a podcast episode.

“I called up each one of them and said, 'Hey, this is what I'm looking to do,' and I said, ''I want you guys out of it,'" she said.
“You know, politics can be a dirty business and they have brands, they have all the other things that they're doing, they have companies that they're doing," Caitlyn said. "'I don't want you involved, I don't want one dime,' I don't want one tweet, one Instagram post.”
