Brooklyn Beckham doesn’t shy away from tattoos and he has estimated that 70 of his 100 designs are dedicated to his wife Nicola Peltz.
The 23-year-old star is covered in ink with various meanings, and it turns out most of them honour his partner – whom he married in April this year – including her name and even his entire wedding vows.
He also got the word ‘married’ tattooed on his left hand, and he admitted while he didn’t rush the decision, the inspiration behind the idea was pretty simple.
He explained: ‘I kind of was just like, “Oh, we’re married, why not?” It wasn’t a thing I thought about for months. I got married five months ago, why not?’
Meanwhile, Brooklyn said his 27-year-old wife ‘got years in her eyes’ when she saw the new ink, and she ‘always’ has a similar reaction when he reveals his latest tattoo.
‘She always cries when I get her another tattoo,’ he added. ‘I always love to surprise her with new ink.’
Other designs Brooklyn had dedicated to Nicola include an image of her mother’s rosary beads, the word ‘lover’ on his finger and a picture of her eyes on the back of his neck.
He’s also got tattoos of a love letter his wife wrote, a script and even the name ‘Ginia’ on his arm as a tribute to her late grandmother.
The love letter reads: ‘My forever boy. Read this anytime you feel anxious. I want you to know how deeply loved you are. You have the kindest heart I’ve ever met and I hope I never go a day without your love.
‘I think you are so incredible. Just know we can get through it all together if you breathe slow and trust. I love you beyond. Love always, Your future wifey.’
Meanwhile, the wedding vows inking runs from his armpit to his elbow on his inner arm.
The design reads: ‘Nicola when you walked down the aisle you took my breath away you look so beautiful tonight and always.
‘Let me start by saying that words cannot even describe my love for you just looking at you I see my future and it feels like a dream. You are my world and I continue to fall more in love with you every single day.
‘Having you in my life is the best thing that has ever happened to me as you have made me become the man I am today.
‘I have been looking forward to this day for so long, because today is the day I get to marry you, my forever babe, my love and my best friend, Nicola – today you become my partner, my other half – and my family and because of that I am the luckiest man in the world to be able to spend the rest of my life with you.
‘I promise to be the best partner, the best husband and man and to always take care of you, to make you laugh, feel safe and more importantly loved. I can’t wait to live out our dreams together and have lots of babies and be yours forever because you are forever mine.’
