Love Island star Amber Gill has issued a warning to this year's contestants ahead of the new series.
The reality star, 24, who won the series with Greg O'Shea in 2019, urged her followers to ask her a question on Instagram to get to know her a little better.
One commented: "I will be going on LI this year and need some advice. Sent you a DM but doesn’t go through x."
"Be yourself," she replied. "Do what you want to do. F**k thinking or caring about what anyone thinks about you and know yourself truly."
"It only gets techy once you get out," she continued with a laughing emoji. "& u have to deal with a bunch of liars and snakes in the grass. LOOK AFTER YOURSELF.”
She also urged the person who sent the message to send her another private message to talk to her in more detail about the experience.
Amber's warning comes as ITV have teased the brand new series of Love Island, airing in just four weeks' time on 6 June.
It's expected to be the longest season of the show to date and will take place in a brand new villa.
The teaser, branding the show "the OG's of love" appears to poke fun at rival shows including Ex On The Beach and Celebs Go Dating.
Since winning the show with Greg, who she split the prize money of £50,000, Amber's career has gone from strength to strength.
And after living in London after the show, Amber has since made the move over to Dubai.
Having already lived over there a while, Amber revealed in February she had taken the plunge and was searching for an apartment to buy to make the move permanent.

Amber recorded a video, explaining to fans that she had been struggling to decide on her new home, viewing properties in four different locations before settling on La Mer.
"The place is gorgeous," she said. "It's bright and colourful. The most beautiful place ever. It's the perfect place. I really wanna get it. When the woman was showing us round I felt like I was on Selling Sunset. I think my heart's set on La Mer."
She continued: "I'm just figuring out everything. There's a lot to think about but really exciting times and I'm just gonna try and make loads of money this year because I want to f**king buy 45 million apartments and just have a house everywhere."
