Clive Owen admits he had ‘huge part’ to play in Amanda split
Several reality TV stars have seen their businesses boom as fans visit to try and get closer to their TV heroes. The Yorkshire Shepherdess Amanda Owen’s café is no exception as viewers make the journey to Ravenseat Farm to see where the show is filmed.
Amanda set up a refreshments café at the farm, which has welcomed fans of the Channel 5 show for teas, coffees and cakes on the real working farm.
However, one fan, Anne Siwczyk, was left gutted earlier this week when they made the trek to the Dales to visit the farm only to discover that it was closed.
They took to Amanda’s Instagram to vent their disappointment at not being able to sample the café’s wares.
Instead of just posting directly they commented on Amanda’s latest Instagram post about lambing time on the farm.
She wrote: “Your website said you were open yesterday but when we got there the closed for Winter sign still on gate. Such a shame.” (sic)
She continued: “Don’t know how you survive up there as the roads are horrendous and so remote.
“Full credit to Reuben as a youngster when he used to go back and forth on his moped for work.”
The Instagram post they commented on was Amanda’s first one in over two weeks.

It’s been a difficult time for the star after she and husband Clive split last year.
Despite the estrangement Clive recently revealed that they are still very much a part of each other’s lives and Amanda still looks after the family.
Speaking to Christine Lampard on Lorraine he explained: “I live at the farm and she lives about half a mile away down the road.
“On a day-to-day basis, we work together, we farm together, we look after the kids together.
“She feeds us all, somehow she looks after two houses instead of one,” he admitted.
It has also been reported that Amanda has moved on with businessman Robert Davies, who she has known for five years. But discussing their split, Clive admitted he “made a complete mess”.
“She’s a remarkable woman. I made a complete mess of it,” he confessed.
“We got to a point where we couldn’t be together anymore.
“If I’d supported her and looked after her, I’m sure things would have been much different,” he reflected.
“We were under pressure. It was crazy, for very ordinary people, all this going on.”
