To keep her skin looking fresh, she follows the same skincare routine every day. In the morning, Paulina doesn’t wash her face, since she has dry skin. “What I do in the morning is nothing. I wake up, and I roll out of bed, and since my face didn’t do any hard work to get itself dirty, I just put on moisturizer,” Paulina said in a video describing her regimen.
She starts with Beauty Pie Japanfusion Hydra Prep Lotion. “In the morning, before I put on my Peter Thomas Roth anti-blue light cream, I usually splash on a little bit of this, because it makes the moisturizer go on better,” she said. (The anti-blue light cream she mentions is Peter Thomas Roth Vital E Microbiome).
At night, she uses Beauty Pie Japanfusion Pure Transforming Cleanser: “The texture is a little bit like Cetaphil, it’s very emollient, not very sudsy, it doesn’t make your skin feel squeaky clean, which I don’t believe your skin should be squeaky clean.”
She moisturizes with Beauty Pie Super Healthy Skin Ultimate Anti-Aging Cream. If she wants to polish her skin for a special occasion (probably before the pandemic, when parties were still a thing), she uses Peter Thomas Roth’s Potent-C Power Scrub.
Over the years, Paulina has been honest about her frustrations with aging, since her appearance was so important to her career. “I’m emotionally delayed on all this stuff, because my life has been all about beauty,” she explained. “I always had to be something very specific on the outside and maintain that because of my livelihood. I never got the chance to become full; I never had a chance to grow into just being a person.”
