Olive and June says it tested the nails on more than 1,000 people to find the ideal fit, curvature, and wear.

In addition to offering a range of sizes, the brand’s latest collection is made to last up to seven days per wear, and features 44 (!) solid or patterned designs with four shape options—including squoval, round, oval, and almond—and length choices—from extra short to long—depending on your preference. Plus, each press-on style is also Earth-friendly, since they’re reusable and made from around 94 percent post-consumer recycled materials.
“We re-thought press-ons from the ground up to develop a best-in-class product for both our community and our earth,” founder and CEO of Olive & June Sarah Gibson Tuttle explains to BAZAAR.com over email. “Since there are so many nails in each set, it was extremely important to us that they were not made of virgin plastic. Our press-ons are reusable, but we know people tend to use a set once and throw it away. That’s why we developed the first PCR press-on, made with 94% percent post-consumer recycled material.”
Aside from the nails themselves, Olive and June’s Instant Mani sets also include application essentials, like an acetone-free prep pad, wooden cuticle pusher, two-in-one buffer and file, and a tube of non-toxic nail glue (which is seamlessly removed with a quick soak in warm water). You can also opt to upgrade your new manicure with the addition of their full press-on system for an additional $54, which features extras like clippers, cuticle cream, nail strengthener, reusable finger removal caps and sponges, plus a handy storage pouch to keep it all in.
