NHS staff are working hard right now to treat as many people as possible during the coronavirus pandemic.
In a bid to say thank you for everything they do, companies are offering discounts and free drinks so they can eat more cheaply on the go.
Pret said they would offer free hot drinks and 50% off all food in their stores for NHS workers but seating would be closed and they would become a takeaway.
WHSmith, who run stores in many hospitals, said they will be upping discount for NHS staff in those shops from 10% to 20% on all food and drink.
They’ll just need to show their staff ID at the till to get the discount.
The move means staff can pick up discounted snacks and sandwiches on site.

The retailer said the move was in recognition of healthcare professionals’ efforts during the Covid-19 outbreak.
A WHSmith spokeswoman said: ‘We are hugely grateful for the exceptional efforts and commitment of our NHS staff in these unprecedented times.
‘From tomorrow, we will be doubling the NHS staff discount in our hospital stores to 20% off all food and drinks and expanding it across the UK.’
Elsewhere, McDonalds said they will also give free hot drinks to all emergency services, NHS staff and social care workers.
In a statement posted on social media, they said: ‘To thank our emergency services, health and social care workers for all your amazing work in keeping us all safe, just show your work ID in a restaurant and have any free drink on us.’
