Louise Thompson has been a regular on Made In Chelsea since 2011, but a lot has changed since she first graced our screens.
The ex girlfriend of Spencer Matthews is now loved-up with her fiance Ryan Libbey, and they live together in a stunning house in Fulham adjacent to her brother Sam Thompson’s home.
Additionally, in the near decade Louise has been in the public eye she has also undergone a fitness transformation, and has abs to die.
However, one change you may not realise is that if you were to flick on one of the earlier episodes of the reality show, Louise’s face has also changed rather a lot.

"Looking at the face from the forehead down, I would suggest she has had anti wrinkle injections to relax and smooth both her forehead and her “smile lines” or “crows feet”.
"This has been done well, achieving a natural result, which in my opinion is the entire goal behind any non surgical treatment".
The doctor then went on to speculate on the procedures behind Louise pillowy pout, explaining: "It would also appear she has had lip augmentation with dermal filler, which again has been done to create an enhancement of her lips in keeping with the rest of Louise's facial features.
"The practitioner has done a great job in my opinion, avoiding the “over filled” lip filler that are all too common now a days!"
Dr Emma also thought that Louise "may have had some profile balancing work done to the chin and the jaw line to create a more chiseled/defined profile."
As for her perfect teeth, Dr. Kamala Aydazada, dentist and founder of Kensington Cosmetic Dentist, exclusively told OK! Online: "Louise Thompson's teeth were already looking pretty good when she just started out in Made In Chelsea and there were a few noticeable changes that happened with her smile over the time.
"In my opinion, she didn't have porcelain veneers on her teeth; however, it looks like she had a combination of several cosmetic dental treatments to achieve beautiful smile transformation.
"To begin with, she had her teeth whitening treatment to brighten up her smile.
"Also, In the "before" photos, her upper front teeth appear somewhat crowded and are positioned too low in relation to her upper lip line. I would assume she had Invisalign treatment to align her teeth and correct the overlap between the upper and the lower teeth."
"Finally, on the most recent photos the shapes of her teeth appear fuller and more even, which is often achieved by having 'composite bonding" treatment.

"This involves adding a thin layer of tooth-coloured resin material to the cleaned and prepared surfaces of the teeth in order to even them up and enhance the shapes."
