Slice the chicken breast into thin patty-shaped pieces.

Combine the ingredients for the dry mix together in a bowl. In another bowl, combine the wet mix ingredients together.

Coat the chicken breast into the dry mix first, then the wet mix and once again into the dry mix.

Fry the chicken in boiling vegetable oil at 170 degrees Celsius until golden brown.

Combine the ingredients for the mayonnaise and toast the brioche bun. Layer the bun with the chicken, lettuce, mayonnaise and top of the bun. Enjoy!

He also made a wet mixture consisting of rice flour, potato flour and egg to form a crispy outer layer when the chicken is cooked.

Morgan then dunked the chicken breast in the dry mix, wet mix, then dry mix again to lock-in the flavour.

Once Morgan coated the chicken in the floury mixtures, he then fried it in boiling hot vegetable oil at 170 degrees Celsius until golden brown.

Morgan also combined 10mL of pickle juice with 50g of Kewpie mayonnaise for extra saltiness.

The burger is then made with a toasted brioche bun, the cooked chicken patty, fresh lettuce, mayonnaise and bun on top.

The end result looked delightfully delicious and would be sure to please others at dinner.
