33 Celebs Reveal What They Eat on Their Cheat Days

“My favorite thing ever is Amy’s cheese pizza,” the Younger star says. “I have been known to eat that. I love pizza, but I love frozen pizza.”

“Cheat night,” the co-host of Good Morning America shared while whipping up a giant pot of carbs at home. “Nothing like some home-cooked mac n cheese.”

The NBA star recently told PEOPLE that he considers himself a “burger connoisseur” and he would try a burger from just about any menu. His go-to meal when he wants to indulge? A burger, fries, and a Coke.

The “Most People Are Good” singer recently told PEOPLE without hesitation that his ultimate cheat meal is “always movie popcorn.”

The supermodel recently told PEOPLE her motto is to be “80 percent good 80 percent of the time,” and admitted her ultimate cheat meal would involve ice cream, chocolate and a cocktail.

The Jane the Virgin star, who recently revealed he’s struggled with body dysmorphia, condones the occasional cheat meal, mainly when he’s on the road. “I don’t beat myself up when I have something that’s so good but just so bad for you,” he told Delish. “Life is so short, enjoy whatever that New Orleans staple is that’s got 1,000 calories in it.” His go-to while in New York is a BBQ chicken pizza with gorgonzola cheese.

When the Overboard actress has a cheat day, she goes for the good stuff: “I love a good cheeseburger. It’s the perfect food combination. I love pizza. I love pastas. I love great cheese. I love kind of anything with mayonnaise. Cheesecake and ice cream,” she tells PEOPLE.

When the Smash alum is in the mood for a big meal, she goes for it — and she has a special affinity for a certain dessert. “If there’s somewhere special I wanna go — like for Mastro’s [Steakhouse] butter cake or a pizza with some delicious red wine — I break every rule,” McPhee told Health. “I’m gonna have the appetizer, the entrée, some of your entrée, and dessert, just because I love food.”

It’s no secret the model loves food, and her go-to cheat meal is something homemade. “I love this one guilty pleasure my boyfriend [NFL star Danny Amendola] has made for me before,” she added. “It’s fried chicken cutlets with honey mustard and then jalapeño and they’re between two butter biscuits—like a sandwich—a fried chicken butter biscuit sandwich. It’s so good.”

When the Live with Kelly and Ryan host is not in front of the camera, he loves a milkshake as much as the next guy. He posted a shot on Instagram posing with his chocolatey beverage of choice with multiple straws for easy—and efficient—access. “My milkshake my cheat day,” Seacrest wrote.

The reality star is not afraid to get creative when it comes to indulging. On a recent “cheat night” shared on her Snapchat, Kardashian experimented in the kitchen by mixing a “few scoops of ice cream and some Oreos” in a blender to whip up her own cookies and cream treat.

While Britton generally sticks to a healthy diet, she does have the occasional splurge. “I love pasta,” she says, “and if I was really, really going to cheat and be really bad and didn’t care about calories, I go for chocolate cake.”

“My dad loves Cheetos, any kind of chips and chewing gum. When he has a dessert, it’s some kind of chips,” Rodriguez’s daughter Ella recently told PEOPLE at his new UFC Gym. “That is because I like salt. I am not tempted by sugar,” the baseball star added.

The professional wrestler hates the term cheat day—but that doesn’t mean he won’t indulge once in a while. “We all know that eating food that isn’t necessarily healthy isn’t good for us, and the word cheat gives us entitlement to just cheat,” Cena told Brobible. “For a while, I was calling them load days, because you just, basically, load up on empty calories– because I don’t want to just give myself the freebie.”

On his “load days”, the Trainwreck star is all about the baked goods. “I love pancakes and French toast and muffins. I love baked desserts like cookies, pies. I love ice cream,” he said. “I’m really just, usually, a meat, vegetable eater, so I’ll gravitate towards starches. I love like potato dishes, hash browns, fried rice, stuff like that– pretty much the things that I don’t get in the normal basis.”

Don’t expect the Deadpool actor to whip up his own junk food meal. “I am not innovative in the kitchen,” Reynolds told Men’s Health.  Instead, the actor will venture to his favorite Manhattan pizza spot. “Is it really unhealthy if it makes you so happy? Patsy’s Pizza…There’s a Patsy’s Pizza up in Harlem that’s pretty much the best pizza…on the whole planet,” he said.

“Sweets are my thing. It’s ongoing, and I have to manage my sugar cravings constantly,” the actress told SHAPE for the April cover story. While she vows to never keep junk food in the house in order to set a good example for her two daughters, Esmeralda Amada, 2, and Amada Lee, 11 months, her ultimate weakness comes in the form of Cadbury eggs: “The mini ones and the big ones with the filling.”

The DNCE singer is frequently showing off his hard work in the gym on Instagram but rest assured, those sweat sessions are complimented by plenty of indulgent meals. When he’s in Los Angeles, you can find Jonas at Salt & Straw for their cookie dough ice cream. And in New York, it’s Joe’s Pizza with a cold root beer. “Also Krispy Creme [sic] donuts, I’m a big fan,” he told Reddit users during a recent AMA. “I’m a classic guy though I like to just have the classic Krispy Creme right out of the oven too.”

We know the media mogul was able to shed weight while still eating bread “every single day,” but there’s another food she can’t resist indulging in occasionally. “Every now and then, I sneak a Cheeto!” she told E! News of her favorite cheat day snack.

The Houston Texans star is known around the NFL for his intense workouts and extremely regimented training schedule—which includes eating up to 9,000 calories worth of food every day for fuel. The three-time Defensive Player of the Year does, though, schedule in quality junk food time. “If I am in the right mind space and if it’s right after the season—because that’s when I do my most bad eating—I’ll take down one whole package of Oreos, the whole thing,” he tells PEOPLE. “There’s no problem, I [won’t] even think about it until about an hour later when I am regretting everything I just did.” So which flavor cookie does Watt consider worth the splurge? It’s the best of both worlds: “I like the heads or tails Oreos, the chocolate on one side and the vanilla on the other side.”

The Shallows star is serious about her burgers. A self-confessed “foodie,” Lively told PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly editorial director Jess Cagle in a recent episode of The Jess Cagle Interview about her genius burger hack: “I get one of the Manly burgers and one of the four-chili burgers [at Umami Burger],” she says. “And then you cut them in half and then create one burger. And then you give the other half to whoever you’re with.” We said it was genius, didn’t we?

Achieving his sculpted, lean body for The Legend of Tarzan, meant the 6’4″ actor ate only small portions of protein every few hours. But when he wrapped filming, Skarsgard says he swung right back into carb city. “I spent four days just in bed, being fed by Dad,” he tells EW of his father, actor Stellan Skarsgard. “He cooked these pastas with rich sauces and bone marrow and fried mozzarella and tons of beer and wine. It was the most incredible weekend of my life.”

If the pop star could eat one thing every day and calories didn’t count, she says she’d go for chicken tenders. But her slightly more reoccurring indulgence? A vodka-Diet Coke.

When the reality sisters do cheat day, they do it big. “Popeyes on the PJ. #cheatday,” Kourtney captioned a photo of the sisters noshing on the family’s favorite fast food while on a private jet.

The Rock stuck to a “strict diet” while shooting the film adaption of Baywatch (plus rigorous early morning workouts). So about every four days, Johnson implemented what he called “DJ Heaven” — a plate of steak and scrambled eggs and chocolate chip banana pancakes.

Cheat meals were a popular pastime on the set of Baywatch, it seems. After nine days of zero carbs or sugar, Johnson’s costar Efron documented his domination of an impressive spread of steak and potatoes, mac and cheese, three desserts, bread and butter, brick cheese and caviar.

Even the World’s Most Beautiful Woman has a weakness when it comes to food. “I’m salty-savory. I could say no to any chocolate cake, sundaes, cookies,” she says. “On our bar at home, we have jars of candy and Twizzlers and little Reese’s. But I go for the nuts because I like salt.”

While the Twilight star’s diet mainly consists of fish, chicken and vegetables, Greene says she doesn’t deny herself the occasional splurge. Her favorites include grits, cheese, red wine, and chocolate.

“If I have a goal, I’m really good about what I eat—protein, veggies, clean food and restricted carbohydrates,” says the former Sexiest Man Alive. “Cheat days are pizza, hamburgers, beer, sugary things. Everything I’m not allowed to have!”

When she’s not on goop’s annual detox plan, Paltrow‘s biggest diet restriction is processed foods. “I try to stay away from that,” she says, “but I love French fries and cheese and martinis and all that kind of thing.”

If he’s going to splurge, the actor is going for the good stuff from his native Australia. In a box labeled “Do not open until cheat day,” Jackman revealed a supply of Tim Tams—the Australian cookies made of layers of chocolate malted biscuit, chocolate cream filling and textured chocolate.

Hudson is all about dessert. When asked what her dream TV-binging, eat-anything day would include, the actress listed treats like gluten-free cookies, a dairy-free chocolate and coconut ice cream bar and frozen yogurt with tons of toppings.

Yes, even models fall off the wagon. From time to time, the Victoria’s Secret model says she enjoys “having a delicious cheeseburger with cheddar and avocado with french fries.”

“I don’t have a cheat meal,” says the figure skater, “but rather, cheat snacks: a bagel, Hershey’s chocolate or my obsession, diet cola.”
