The month-long challenge requires men to give up sex and masturbating for four weeks – and some women are not impressed.
While some believe No Nut November will make them feel stronger and more energetic, many partners think it's actually wreaking havoc on their relationships.
In fact, one anonymous user took to Reddit to voice her frustration, revealing it was "harming [their] relationship".
"My new boyfriend refuses to quit ‘No Nut November’ and it is actively harming our relationship," she explained.
"I thought that the ‘challenge’ only involved masturbation, but apparently that is not the case."
"Since November 1st, he has refused to do anything intimate, simply telling me that he can't.
"At first I thought he was just having a joke and would drop it after a few days.
"The opposite happened, he has only become more radical and stubborn about this stupid challenge."
The exasperated user also explained her partner is no longer sleeping in the same bed, so not to risk temptation.
"It has gotten to the point where he refuses to lie down near me; he says that he can't risk it.
"I have tried to talk with him about it, but he seems to refuse to take anything I say seriously.
"Obviously he doesn't have to have sex with me if he does not want to, but this dumb challenge seems like a really stupid reason… Am I in the wrong here?"
A screengrab of the post – which was shared on social media – has divided Twitter users.
One said: "Just leave him. Sex is part of a relationship.
"I'm not saying its mandatory, but if the person is clearly no longer attracted, what's the point?
"He might be asexual, or he doesn't have enough confidence to break off the relationship. Just end it and date someone else."
While a fellow No Nut November participant tweeted: "I’m having a moment of weakness but this is helping me stay strong."
Another woman commented: "I would dump him and date an intelligent person who is having sex" while one said: "He just [doesn't] want you".
A male user replied: "Not true he probably really likes her he’s just a true king who can’t be broken. its truly beautiful what a strong young man he is when he completes his journey he would have ascended into greatness best believe december 1st he will unleash his fury."
What is No Nut November?
No Nut November is a month where people abstain from having an orgasm.
It was originally aimed at men but women can take part too.
No Nut November started life as a social media phenomenon.
People began to tweet about the "new powers" they had after abstaining from masturbation or sex for a month.
Men have said they have been using the time they would usually be getting frisky to learn a new skill – one man claimed he was now almost fluent in Spanish.
But sex experts are skeptical about the benefits and say an orgasm can have many positive benefits, such as improving pelvic floor muscles, heart health and even reducing stress levels.
