Meghan and Harry latest – Royal rifts HEALING at last as Prince William 'reaches out' to Meghan after miscarriage news

MEGHAN Markle's tragic miscarriage news has brought the royal family closer together, it has been claimed.

The Duchess last week revealed she'd suffered a miscarriage in July in a poignant essay for the New York Times.

And it has since been claimed that Prince William "reached out" to Meghan several months ago upon learning of the tragedy, offering support from both him and the Duchess of Cambridge.

The two couples, once dubbed the Fab Four, had reportedly stopped speaking after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle abandoned their royal duties to set-up a new life as A-list celebrities in California.

There are hopes, now, that some sort of reconciliation could be on the cards as Princes William and Harry set their differences aside and support each other once again.

He said: “What if every single one of us was a raindrop, and if every single one of us cared?

“At the end of the day, nature is our life source… But you can't uplift, educate and inspire unless there is a form of action that follows.”

He also spoke about his adorable son Archie, now 19 months, and said: “Being in nature is the most healing part of life, I truly believe that's one reason why it's there.”

MELANIA TRUMP ‘LOST OUT ON TATLER COVER TO MEGHAN MARKLE

During her husband Donald Trump's re-election bid, Stephanie Grisham managed to land Melania the only exclusive interview of his campaign with the British fashion magazine.

But Grisham, the first lady's most trusted staffer, didn't negotiate a cover deal despite shrugging off multiple interview offers from big-name outlets, according to New York Post columnist Miranda Devine.

"Having eschewed countless offers for positive interviews from American outlets such as Women’s Wear Daily and The Post, Grisham allowed the British magazine Tatler to have the only exclusive interview of the campaign for its November issue," Devine wrote.

"And yet she did not negotiate the cover of the magazine. Instead, Meghan Markle took the honor."

Meghan Markle’s former best friend Jessica Mulroney said the duchess “checked up” on her daily after she was left “suicidal” during her racism row.

The high profile spat, in which the mum-of-three appeared to threaten Sasha with legal action in a private message after publicly apologising, also reportedly left the Duchess of Sussex “mortified.”

Writing exclusively for the Sun, Gemma said: "Your sadness and grief leapt out of the page, along with your desire to comfort other women who have been through the same heartbreak.

"I am one of those women. Because like you I also had a miscarriage in July – one of the ten or twenty women in a room of a hundred that you wrote about who will know the particular pain of losing a longed-for baby.

"I’ve not talked about this before, but it was my third, each one a devastating loss on my longed-for journey to motherhood.

"Thank you again for your brave honest words. It meant a lot to me to read them and I know it will mean a lot to all the other women who are members of a club no-one would ever want to join.

BRAVE MEGHAN COVERED PAIN A WEEK AFTER MISCARRIAGE

Brave Meghan Markle and Prince Harry handed out clothes to needy families just weeks after their miscarriage agony.

The couple distributed supplies, clothes and diapers at a drive-through run by Los Angeles charity Baby2Baby in August, with the 39-year-old mum today revealing she had endured the heartbreak of a miscarriage in July.

The event saw families in need given basic necessities thanks to the charity.

And despite their heartbreak behind the scenes, Meghan and Harry threw themselves into the charity work.

At the time, Meghan wore loose khaki shorts with a white shirt and trainers while Harry wore a baseball hat as they helped out families with both wearing face coverings to stop the spread of coronavirus.

Sweet photographs showed the duchess helping one little boy with his backpack while Harry cheerfully gave families the thumbs up sign.

CHARLES NO FAN OF THE CROWN

Prince Charles is shunning the latest series of The Crown which depicts his marriage break-up with Diana — and has reportedly told friends: “I’ve never seen it.”

Netflix released the fourth ten-episode instalment of the royal drama last month amid claims it presented “fiction as fact” and amounted to “trolling on a Hollywood budget”.

An insider described The Crown as “drama and entertainment for commercial ends . . .  with no regard to the actual people involved who are having their lives hijacked and exploited”.

They said the series paints Charles in “a very unflattering light”.

    HELENA’S ROYAL ‘DUTY’

The Crown star Helena Bonham Carter has said the show has a “duty” to tell viewers the series is fiction.

The actress, who plays Princess Margaret in the drama, said the show has a “moral responsibility” to make sure fans know it’s not historical fact.

Speaking on the series’ official podcast, Ms Bonham Carter said: “I do feel very strongly because I think we have a moral responsibility to say ‘Hang on, guys…this is not drama doc, we’re making a drama.’”

The star insisted there must be a separation “between our version” and the “real version”.

Her remarks come amid growing pressure on The Crown to tell viewers it is a work of fiction after concerns some scenes are damaging the public’s view of the monarchy.

    'LIFT THE STIGMA'

Kym Marsh praised Meghan Markle for sharing her heartbreaking miscarriage ordeal.

The Duchess of Sussex, 39, last week wrote of the moment she knew she was "losing" her second baby in a deeply personal essay for the New York Times.

Kym, 44, has had her own experience with miscarriage after tragically losing her baby son Archie in February 2009 who was born 18 weeks early and died soon after his birth.

Now she has opened up about the Duchess' personal piece calling it "wonderful" because it will help to "lift the stigma and break the silence" around miscarriages.

"When you lose a child you feel so lonely and empty and like the only person who is going through it," she wrote in her OK! magazine column.

"She doesn’t eat a Christmas dinner like we do where it is piled high and you can’t see each other across the table.

The Crown could be “extended” to show Prince Harry and Prince William as adults, Finding Freedom's author has claimed.

He said: “Seasons five and six have been confirmed and there has even talk that the show…

MEGHAN AND HARRY 'WILL SHARE CROWDED FROGMORE COTTAGE WITH EUGENIE' ON UK RETURN

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will continue to use Frogmore Cottage when they return to the UK despite allowing Princess Eugenie to move in, royal commentators have suggested.

The Sussexes reportedly handed over the keys to Eugenie last month.

But, according to ITV royal correspondents Lizzie Robinson and Chris Ship, Harry and Meghan will stay at Frogmore should they return to the UK.

Mr Ship said: “We were told by a source in Harry and Meghan's office that they would have probably been back here much sooner had it not been for Covid.

“In any case, it's the kind of place that they would have to stay if they were going to come over for the court case, which we now know has also been delayed.

“So Frogmore Cottage might get a bit crowded if Harry and Meghan do want to come over for a little stay in the UK because they're going to bunk up.”
