Meghan and Harry latest – Queen urged to STRIP runaway royals of their titles ASAP to save the monarchy

THE Queen has been urged to strip Prince Harry and Meghan Markle of their royal titles "as soon as possible" to save the monarchy.

97% of royal fans thought the Harry and Meghan should have the Dukedom of Sussex taken away from them, according to a poll for the Express, with many branding branded the runaway royals "disrespectful".

Some even suggested Harry should even be stripped of his title of Prince, adding "if something isn't done soon, I fear the forthcoming 70 year celebration next year will be met with booing from Her Majesty's subjects."

The polls comes as the author of the book Meghan Misunderstood, Sean Smith claims Meghan was “done” with the UK a week after marrying Prince Harry as she was reduced to being his “hottie”.

Speaking on Lorraine, he said: My feeling when I wrote the book is we lost her within a week actually. It was extraordinary. Here was a woman who went from being a human right's campaigner to Prince Harry's hottie, within a week.

    PRINCE CHARLES CAUGHT XMAS SHOPPING

Prince Charles has made a foray into fashion with a line of sustainable clothes designed in Milan and made by textiles students on a course at the Prince's Foundation at Dumfries House, and it has more than a hint of the two duchesses, of Cambridge and Sussex, about it.

The collection, launched today on the online retailers Yoox and Net-a-Porter with prices from £400 to £1,300, features an Oxford blue justbelow-the-knee dress that would fit seamlessly into Kate's wardrobe. A brick red blouse with a pussybow collar is similar to a lavender Gucci one she wore last year.

Suiting Meghan's taste, there is a tailored navy jumpsuit. The sharp lapels and cropped length echo that of an Alexander McQueen suit that she wore for her first official evening engagement with the Duke of Sussex in 2018,

MEGHAN AND HARRY ODDS ON TO ANNOUNCE SECOND PREGNANCY BY JANUARY, BOOKIES PREDICT

The odds on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry announcing they will have a second baby by January have currently been slashed by bookies.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are parents to one-year-old son Archie, but have said they are keen to have more children.

Bookmaker Coral currently have odds on, at 4-5, that Meghan and Harry will tell fans they are expecting a second child by the end of 2020, while Ladbrokes odds are 5/4.

Coral's Harry Aitkenhead said: “It seems certain that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will add to their family and we make it odds on they announce before the end of the year that they are expecting.”

Last year, Prince Harry revealed he wants more kids as he spoke with conservationist Jane Goodall in the Q&A.

HARRY IS “LIVING OF HIS NAME” IN THE US AS EX-ROYALS' POPULARITY “PLUMMETS” IN UK

PRINCE Harry and Meghan Markle's popularity in Britain has “plummeted”, according to the latest polls, with royal biographer Ingrid Seward claiming it's because of “desertion”, Express reports.

Speaking to Royally Obsessed podcast hosts Roberta Fiorito and Rachel Bowie, Ingrid said that most Brits feel like the Duke has deserted them and that Meghan was to blame.

She said: “There aren't too many royal princes around so why did he have to give it all up?

“Yet he still seems to be living off his name, that's the reason that all these things have come to them.”

And added: “He wants to take advantage of all that but not put in the hard work on the other side.

“I think that is the perception, though I think it's very different in the US.”

MEGHAN WANTS TO 'HEAL THE RIFT' BETWEEN ROYALS, EXPERT CLAIMS

MEGHAN Markle’s recent “softened” statements suggests that she wants to “heal the rift” with the royal family, an expert claims.

The Duchess of Sussex admitted during a chat with Fortune that she was being “more cautious” with what she said in the interest of her family.

While many assumed she was talking about Prince Harry and Archie, royal author Robert Lacey believes she was referring to her relationship with the in-laws.

Speaking to the Express he said: “I have detected, from Meghan and Harry's side, some signs of softening.

He continued: “I think there is another dimension to that, that she realises the statements both she and Harry have put out there – about the US election, about racism in Britain – will be perceived as controversial.

“And perhaps she ought to row back from that and try to stay away from controversy and I think that's a hand outstretched”.

ROYAL EXPERT ATTACKS MEGHAN, CALLING HER A 'GREEN-EYED MONSTER' WHO MISTREATS HARRY

Ingrid Seward, editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine, says Prince Harry has been “dragged around like a royal performing seal” by Meghan.

The royal expert was particularly critical about Meghan, as she promotes her latest biography about Prince Philip.

She says: “She saw the Palace as protecting Kate when things went wrong but deserting her, and she was vengeful.

“And Harry and Kate had been really good friends, which was probably another reason for Meghan's resentment.

“I think it was a touch of the green-eyed monster, but how could you compete with Kate? She's so glamorous, yet she appears to be really humble as well. She has got it right.”

    CELEBRITY BIOGRAPHER SINGS MEGHAN'S PRAISES

Meghan Markle has been heavily praised by Sean Smith, who is a celebrity biographer.

Smith claims the Duchess has something other royals don’t.

He tells the express that some senior royals are even attempting to copy Meghan, but it just “doesn’t work”.

The biographer said: “that visit she did to that school in Dagenham on her farewell tour said everything you needed to know about the approachability of Meghan Markle that the others just do not have.

“They are very much trying to operate the Meghan Markle playbook but it just doesn’t ring true to me it doesn’t work.”

ASTROLOGER CLAIMS MEGHAN AND HARRY WILL 'QUESTION THEIR DECISIONS' IN 2021

IT hasn't exactly been smooth sailing for anyone this year, and even members of the royal family have had their fair share of shake ups.

According to our resident Tarotscope reader Kerry King, there are some big changes in store for the royal family next year, particularly for the Harry and Meghan.

Kerry revealed that Meghan and Harry need to question and challenge themselves and their decisions closely, rather than assuming the road they've embarked on is the right one for them.

And said they could feel trapped and constricted in a role and a platform that they didn't realise would create those consequences for them.

MEGHAN DRAGS HARRY AROUND LIKE 'PERFORMING SEAL', SLAMS ROYAL COMMENTATOR

Royal expert Ingrid Seward said she was “impressed” with how quickly Meghan became a member of the family after first meeting the prince in the summer of 2016.

While promoting her biography of Prince Philip, the commentator slammed Meghan: “God Almighty, Meghan has really moved at the speed of lightning. It was a whirlwind courtship, it was pretty quick.

“I don't like her for it, but I do admire her for being able to pack so much into such a short time.

“Harry is totally mesmerised by her; he would follow her to the ends of the earth, that's my feeling. He's obsessed.

“He's being dragged around like a royal performing seal.”

PRINCE CHARLES WORE A SUIT FROM 1984 TO HARRY AND MEGHAN'S WEDDNG

When the Duke and Duchess of Sussex tied the knot in 2018, it was Prince Charles who walked Meghan down the aisle in a grey morning suit.

The smart suit is by Anderson & Sheppard, according to People, and has been hanging in Charles' closet since 1984.

British Vogue editor Edward Enninful asked the prince if he'd considered wearing something new for the occasion, but Charles replied, “I've considered it. But in the case of that particular morning coat, as long as I can go on getting into it, I only wear it a few times a year, in the summer, so obviously you want to keep those sorts of things going.”

He has previously worn the same suit at a number of events including the Royal Ascot to the 1999 nuptials of his brother Prince Edward to Sophie, Countess of Wessex.

Speaking to talkRADIO on Wednesday she replied to the host when discussing their actions on Remembrance Sunday: “Well, especially in the wake of abandoning duty for the pursuit of fame in Hollywood and for a different life.

“I do not think gratitude is paid in the form of abandonment.

“And it is certainly not paid by throwing some weeds picked out the garden on a memorial.”

HARRY AND MEGHAN ACCUSED OF MAKING SITUATION 'WORSE'

Harry and Meghan made their decision to step back from royal duties “worse” even though they wanted to make things better, a royal expert has claimed.

Ingrid Seward said: “Meghan’s whole thing was, ‘Look at me’, but I think she had a big heart and really want to make things better.

“She and Harry really did want to make things better together and all they’ve actually managed to do it make things worse.”

She told Page Six: “Harry is spontaneous, he’s fun and he’s a bit of a daredevil or he was and Philip, when he was young, was all these things too.

“So I think he saw a little bit of himself in Harry and the two of them were able to communicate very well.”

Author of the book Meghan Misunderstood, Sean Smith, told the TV show Lorraine: “My feeling when I wrote the book is we lost her within a week actually.

“It was extraordinary. Here was a woman who went from being a human right's campaigner to Prince Harry's hottie, within a week.

“She was a very serious person before she met Prince Harry. Prince Harry doesn't come into my book till page 175.

“By then, Meghan had received a standing ovation led by the secretary general of the United Nations.”

QUEEN 'DRAWS THE LINE' OVER HARRY AND MEGHAN

The Queen has “finally drawn the line” over Harry and Meghan demands, a royal commentator has said.

Prince Harry is said to have requested to have a poppy wreath laid on his behalf by the Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday.

But the request is thought to have been rejected by the Palace.

Morgan Stewart, appearing on the Daily Pop show, said: “You're not senior members of the Royal Family anymore, enough. We're not catering for you, you live in Santa Barbara, you've got rich, famous neighbours, you want to focus on other things.

“We're not doing things on behalf of you, you either show up like you're supposed to do, or you're not a part of it. It was kind of nice to see, finally, the line is drawn.”

MEGHAN'S PAL JESS MULRONEY FIRES BACK AFTER INSTAGRAM ROW

Jessica Mulroney, a close friend of Meghan Markle, has hit back after she got caught up in an Instagram spat after she posted a selfie on the site.

Observers took to the comment section of the post to criticise the Canadian stylist for posting a photo of herself on Remembrance Day.

One said: “Always remember the veterans as well. Would have been nice to see you acknowledge them, as opposed to some self-promotion!”

Mulroney replied to the comment, saying she has “so much respect for veterans and I am involved in many fundraisers”. The stylist added: “I apologise truly”.

She followed up with: “Now let’s go on everyone’s feed who hasn’t posted and shame them all.”

    KATE MIDDLETON PROVIDES 'STABILITY'

A royal expert has claimed Kate Middleton provides the Royal Family with “stability” as the Queen deals with the fallout from Harry and Meghan pulling out of royal duties.

Author and broadcaster Ingid Seward told Fox News: “I think that both Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip probably get on their knees and pray to God, ‘Thank you for sending us Catherine Middleton’. She is a gem.

“She’s gorgeous and never takes a bad photograph.

“And in this visual world that we live in, it’s important to see someone who’s going to be a future queen as a beauty, which she is.

“But she also works hard. She’s brought a breath of fresh air into the Windsor family.

“I’m certain she has her faults, but she doesn’t show them.

“And it’s known that Philip likes her too. She’s a little bit more of an old-fashioned girl than Diana or Meghan Markle, which I think he appreciates.”

MEGHAN'S SISTER SAYS COURT DELAY IS MERELY A 'GAME'

Meghan Markle's sister Samantha has said the delay in the duchess's court case is just a “game”.

A ten-day trial was set to take place in London on January 11 next year but the trial has now been delayed.

The Duchess is seeking damages from the Mail on Sunday for alleged misuse of private information, breaching the Data Protection Act and infringement of copyright over five articles published in February 2019 which included extracts from a “private and confidential” letter to her father.

Publisher Associated Newspapers claimed Prince Harry's wife had herself leaked details of the letter to the media through friends – something she vehemently denies.

Samantha said the delay is simply a “game” to Meghan.

“To drag something out so long – I'm not going to suggest it's an agenda but I would think expediency would be important under the circumstances,” she said.

    HOW IS ARCHEWELL PRONOUNCED?

There appears to be some confusion to how Harry and Meghan's new non-profit organisation Archewell is pronounced.

According to experts it might not be how you would expect.

Most people believe it is pronounced with a ‘ch’ sound like in the name Archie, but the Greek word ‘Arche’ is actually pronounced with a ‘k’ like in archetype.

Ann Gripper, who hosts Pod Save the Queen, said that a commentator has written on the podcast's Instagram page: “If it’s based on the Greek word Arche, as in archetype, then ‘ch’ would be pronounced like a ‘k’ as in archetype, not ‘ch’ as in Archie.”

The host said: “That’s an interesting thing, we need to find out whether it’s Arche-well, Arch-e-well, Ark-e-well…”

MEGHAN'S SISTER SLAMS REMEMBRANCE DAY SHOOT

MEGHAN Markle’s sister has blasted the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s ‘exploitative and offensive’ Remembrance Day photoshoot.

Twice-divorced Samantha Markle, 56, spoke out after the couple were forced to deny a Remembrance Sunday photo shoot was a “publicity stunt” after a backlash.

Speaking to Dan Wootton on TalkRADIO, Samantha said: “I think what is most glaring about any Remembrance Day is not only is important to remember those who have sacrificed, but as a reminder that life is precious and short and we should certainly pay gratitude.

“Seize the day, seize the moment, apologise and make good with those who are alive who have given us so much because after all, we are finite.

“I only hope that she would wake up to that but that doesn’t seem to be the case.”
